Genuinely fantastic! We have used a number of different rota planning apps and this one is the easiest to use and has the most features for a very reasonable price. They have even added a feature at our request within 24 hours of asking. We are a residential provision and therefore our rotas are quite complicated. Rotaplanner makes the task much easier.

Rotaplanner has made the organising of our staff incredibly accessible. The facility to assign different roles and skills to our staff has made our life a lot easier when planning future shifts and our staff find it really helpful and simple to use.

Rota Planner is used on a daily basis & easy to use. Would recommend it. It's made our daily planning less stressful.

I'm managing the roster for a helpline within a charity in Ireland and use RotaPlanner to schedule our volunteers and I love how easy it is to use, the colour coding, and how intuitive it is in general.
An option for the staff (or volunteers) to mark their availability in the calendar would be very useful but even without it it's great and I appreciate that it's a free tool.

Fantastic free app that's helping our charity manage their rota. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because when you book leave, it doesn't take the shifts out that you were doing. Otherwise a simple easy to use system.

What a little gem!!
Only found this after finding a excel template and I was shocked by how easy and simple it is. Needs a few tweaks but that is work in progress keep it up :) Cant wait for further development

Just started today. Easy to set up and understand. We are only a small company so our needs are not too complex. Looks like just the thing so will roll it out to my team and see what happens!

Finally found a site that can give me the info I require. Very easy to use and due to the integrations I can finally move our rota from Excel to web based.

Absolutely brilliant - I spent so long looking for a free solution and I had almost given up hope. Then I stumbled across this. You cannot give it anything less than 5 stars based on what others are charging for similar SAAS solutions!
