If I could give zero stars I would.

Visited Liberty of London to rent a dress, allowing 2 weeks before the event of my brothers wedding. Found a Vampires wide dress for the event and paid, added insurance and due to collect today (day before the wedding)!
I received an email (not even a call) on Tuesday night which went to my Junk folder cancelling my rental. I found the email on Wednesday and despite calling Rotaro (no answer - don’t bother), emailing over 5 times and then using their WhatsApp number - the response I received THIS MORNING - 24 hours before the wedding “Morning, we are having a sample sale today in Notting Hill with most of our stock. This is why we have had to cancel all rentals!”
How on earth do you run a business like this?!
If you’d called me I’d have purchased the dress and could’ve collected as normal.
Cancelling all rentals on a weekend where Ascot is also running must be a car crash for your reputation.
Absolutely disgusted, even as I type this I’m still awaiting a reply to my last WhatsApp!
Do not use this service. Absolutely diabolical and if I could give zero stars I would.

better returns process is needed!

Feel like there needs to be a better, more clear way of getting in touch with customer service. Once I did manage to get through, people were super helpful, though it would have been nice for the whole process and communication to be more personal and human.

Needs to be a more clear process for claiming for refunds! Need a confirmation email once you submit a refund request.

One of the items was not in the quality I’d have expected. But the other stuff I got were great and was really impressed.

Would give zero but that wasn't an option

Received an email from the company less than 24 hours before it was due to be delivered to say my rentail order had been cancelled, because, bizarrely 'they could not find the dress in their warehouse'.
I was seriously unimpressed, as I was renting the dress for my birthday and they left me in a position where I had no outfit, the day before the event.
Not only this, but it was only when I complained that they offered me a 20% discount on my next order (the equivalent of less than £10). Do not rent from this company!

Excellent rental experience

It was my first time renting from Rotaro and would definitely rent from them again! Really loved my outfit (in fact wish I could have kept it) and thought the price was very reasonable, it arrived on time and was easy and convenient to send back.

Easy and effective

Quick and easy process. The dresses were gorgeous and made a special occasion even more special. It was great to have the opportunity to try on a few different options in the order as the fit varied between each dress. Would have been useful to receive email confirmation of my refund requests for the extra dresses and confirmation of the returned items and refund acceptance etc. But otherwise thought it was great. Will definitely use again.

My rental from ROTARO was great! The dress was beautiful and fantastic quality. The order process was clear and so was the return information. The only thing that could have been better was that I didn't receive any delivery information. The dress arrived on time, but I didn't get any tracking info.

I really love Rotaro

I really love Rotaro, they are so easy to use and have amazing choice. Customer service is really good as well. I only minus 1 star because when finding me a replacement for dresses I’ve ordered they gave me a much much smaller size which felt a bit careless as they could see the size I ordered ! But I have to emphasise how much I love Rotaro !

Not convinced it is worth it…

My dress rental arrived a day late, so factoring in the time you have to send the dress back, a 4 day rental was really 48hours. That’s fine because I only needed it for an event, however it does make it seem like pretty poor value.

Would definitely recommend Rotaro! …

I had a really great experience using Rotaro and would recommend them! I had some questions about how the service works and had these answered quickly and clearly by Rotaro. I ordered a couple of items to choose from for my party and found the one! I really loved the fact I could return the unworn items along with the item I did wear at the end of the rental period and get refunded for these. Really great service with lovely clothes to chose from! Will definitely use again when I have an event to go to

First ever hire

My first hire and booked a dress for my bday party before I even had the venue. A few days before expected delivery was informed previous hire had damaged dress. Rotaro did not immediately send options for replacement but when asked did. However had gone to Rotaro specifically for that dress. If thinking of hiring have a plan B!

Great!

I had 2 very positive experiences with renting at Rotaro. On the website the items are well described and it helps a lot to make the right choice. Each item fitted perfectly so I don’t know the experience if you have to return it.
I had extremely positive comments on my outfits. I recommend!!
