Business Owners — Please Read Everything Before Signing

I want to share my experience with Roth Holding so other small-business owners know what to look out for.

Ian was my representative, and while he was working on my funding, I felt pressured to hurry up and sign the documents being sent to me. I understood that there was already an origination fee associated with the funding that would automatically be deducted.

However, Ian also had me sign a separate ACH authorization form. Based on how the process was presented to me, I believed this was connected to the origination fee. I later discovered that this separate authorization resulted in an additional $800 ACH deduction, separate from the fees already deducted from my funding.

That additional $800 significantly changed my experience with this company.

My advice to every business owner: Do not allow anyone to rush you through signing funding documents. Do not sign a separate ACH authorization just because you're told it's part of getting your funding completed. Ask exactly who will be withdrawing the money, how much they will withdraw, what the fee is for, and get the answer in writing before signing.

Read your actual funding contract and every separate document carefully. An extra $800 can make a real difference to a small business.

I'm sharing my experience because I wish I had slowed the process down and asked more questions before signing that separate authorization.

They are scavengers who spam call all day. When you ask them to stop, they respond in a vulgar way. I plan to send them a cease and desist letter.

Will not stop calling. Multiple times per day. Multiple phone numbers. Can't tell you how many times I've asked them to put me on do not call lists. Can't block them because they use randomized phone numbers. When I ask about the continuous calls, they hang up on me.

I’ve got various emails that I never asked for from this company and he needed it just seems to be a spam company and absolute rubbish. There’s no unsubscribe option within their email either.

Scam. They won’t stop calling me multiple times a day. Every day. Told me I was put on a do not call list, they called back WITHIN 10 MINUTES.

Do not do business with these people!!!!!! I repeat do not do business!! They call and harass you after declining their service. Even play on your phone by using no caller id. And they threaten that they have your ssn or ein .
