Pleasant and efficient interactions with a lovely shop
Rouge is a lovely shop to visit in person and easy and efficient to deal with online. Last month I bought something from the online shop for the first time and I was pleased with the smooth transaction, which worked well online. Follow-up from the shop was quick and arranging delivery (it was a large piece of furniture) was straightforward. It wasn't easy to get the item into the house due to many steps but the deliverymen kept going and put the cabinet exactly where I wanted it. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

This Shop is full of such beautiful things and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The furniture is so unique and it is a great place to find a perfect gift or something special for your home.

Lovely shop with beautiful Japanese ceramics, textiles, furniture and other gift items! Excellent customer service with very helpful and friendly staff that go out of their way to make your visit to the shop a truly memorable one! A trip to Stoke Newington just to visit this shop is well worth it!

This shop is always a delight to visit - even if you don't buy anything. Its merchandise is beautiful and there is always a variety of new stuff - last week's introduction of some new ceramics from China were a joy to find. Those working in the shop are terrific - warm, interested and willing to go to all ends to find what you want. I highly recommend it
