First Time Customer - Brilliant Experience
Had eventually decided to upgrade the very short charging cable originally supplied with my iPhone 13 Pro for a longer, more convenient version.
Had checked both Apple's own store and a popular online supplier before deciding to check for the same item - Beats USB-C to Lightning Woven Cable 1.5m in Bolt Black - on eBay and came across Rouge Technologies.
Not only was it in stock but it was significantly cheaper. The only trade off versus the popular online option was an extra day's delay to delivery.
The item arrived as scheduled and I'm delighted. There was even a small pack of Haribo sweets in the package, which I thought was a nice touch.
In summary...great product, great price, great service, great communication.
When I'm next looking for tech accessories, I'll be sure to check Rouge Technologies out.
