Excellent comms. Reasonable delivery times. The item was as described and worked as it should. The only niggle is that I was a little nervous when it arrived with no box. Just bubble wrap and a plastic bag.

Swift delivery however Rouge did not send me the advertised product (a Phillips shaver), the version with the 7 year warranty. They sent me a European version, which I could have purchased from other eBay suppliers for £30 less. I raised this with the vendor and to their credit, they acknowledged the issue, updated their marketing images and offered the £30 partial refund to make good. I was impressed by their approach, which demonstrates the benefits of consumer feedback/challenge.
