World class service & support
I was in the market for a 5G home router as my landline provider is abandoning copper (as they all are) and the future offerings only included a home phone at extra cost. I first tried a GUGACUBE but performance was terrible.
Then I found ROGUE was selling ZTE801A at a decent price. I had experience with ZTE so I gave it a go. What an improvement; steady reliable 5G connectivity and good home WiFi. So how come 5* for ROGUE?
Well I then found that ROGUE had ZTE888, which includes WiFi6 support. I contacted them, asked for a "swap", they were happy to oblige and the new device was in place and running - and THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM 1ST FINDING THE 801A TO HAVING THE 888 IN PLACE WAS 5 DAYS! Great product (but you can get ZTE many places), but WORLD CLASS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I'll go back to them if I need CPE again.
Only one problem; ROGUE include Haribo packets with each purchase - my teeth are falling out ;-)
