An exceptional course on memory by an exceptional therapist. Wow, blown away how many strategies I learnt and how I was able to begin to incorporate them into my life.
I was fascinated by Rowan the first time on meeting, he is a deeply talented individual who has both a very lovely kind demmina and an incredibly interesting and insightful wisdom which you can continually learn from.
Absolutely fascinating event on memory and I have gained so many wonderful and fun insights and tips to help with my menopausal brain fog and a hectic general day to day life. Highly recommend to all. Looking forward to more exciting events by Rowan Ramsay.

I have the highest respect for Rowan, he has endless talent, intelligence, skills and humour. I had one session with him to help me with a lifelong issue regarding my anxiety and reaction towards fireworks. My nerves were edgy as Diwali and Guy Faulks were approaching.
I felt very comfortable and safe as I listened to his explanations and did some exercises and just like magic, those feeling of high anxiety disappeared. I can truly say after 60 years, this year's fireworks celebrations passed by without a flinch and without a care. Rowan Review

Rowan is a wizard, no joke. When I began hypnotherapy with Rowan I was in a dark place. I didn't realise how anxious, worried and living in fear I was until the work really began and I started to notice the changes.

I have had fibromyalgia since I was 16 and was always told repeatedly by medical professionals that there is no cure and that it is a life long condition. However, Rowan flipped this perspective for me by highlighting the neuroscience behind why when we are told something by an authority figure how that lands in the body and how our bodies hear all of that and embody it. This was a big game changer for me.

It's been 6 months since I started treatment with Rowan and if you would have told me then that I would be living with half as much pain and fatigue, I wouldn't have believed it. I feel the best I have ever felt, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. The changes that are happening in my life expand way past just my physical health. My soul's calling, purpose and career is expanding so vastly and quickly it's incredible. None of this would have been possible without the new neural pathways of my brain that have been forged since beginning hypnotherapy with Rowan. I am forever grateful to this man and his magic and wisdom.

I feel safe and held in Rowan's presence. Rowan is so natural at the work he does and it's not just hypnotherapy, Rowan has a whole toolkit of healing modalities as well as an abundance of rich esoteric wisdom that he weaves together to create something really magical.
