Great communication from the start and Rob scheduled us in quickly. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen worktop and sink. Rob made sure we were happy with everything he was doing whilst carrying out the work which was really reassuring. He is extremely hard working and nothing is done in halves, Rob made sure everything was in top shape before leaving our house. Thank you so much!
Very pleased with the refurb of my 2-bed flat in London. Very easy to deal with, excellent communication and they work fast.
On top of that, I was very pleased with the work done, the desire to get it right when problems arose (eg unlevel sub floor impacting new flooring) and the very good design choices.

Recently had our Kitchen and Bathroom renovated by Rowby. Incredibly happy with the end result, everything finished to a great standard. We used Rob and his team for a full kitchen and utility room renovation, and we’re glad we chose them. After speaking with a few fitters, we decided on Rowby because of their clear communication, helpful advice, and value for money.
They arrived promptly every morning and stayed late when needed to ensure the project stayed on schedule. The team also made sure the space was left spotless at the end of each day.
When we encountered some challenges with the worktop providers, who were quite difficult to deal with, Rob stepped in to manage the situation and showed real flexibility to keep things moving smoothly.
Throughout the project, Rob and his team were professional, approachable, and always took the time to explain any unexpected issues, offering us practical options and solutions. We bought a house that required a complete renovation and Rowby were our primary contractors on the work, which involved wall removal, new room creation, bespoke kitchen, bespoke wardrobes and all other woodwork undertaken. Robert and his team were amazing from start to finish, regularly providing updates and communicating ideas of their own which we utilised more often than not. The team were very proactive in finding solutions and also clean in the work they done. I would highly recommend and we will be using their services again in the near future
From start to finish the whole team were fantastic. They completed every job very efficiently and to a high standard.
We had the following carried out: *Chimney completely removed including all drawings.
*Steel calculations.
*Down stairs plastered.
*New skirting, doors and architraves. *Newly fitted kitchen, which they helped us purchase, with a complete re dec.
Rob organised our big project and no question was too small. Overall the process was very smooth and we’re very happy with the final result. We couldn't recommend them enough.
Five star all the way , very professional and tidy workers , can’t praise their work enough, had some fitted wardrobes in my bedroom, very pleased with their work, would recommend.
