Rowebb are an independent specialist merchant and we have been supplying the rendering, construction and house-building market for almost 100 years. In recent years we have developed our product range to include factory batched renders from K-Rend, Scotrend and JUB. Found the product I could not find elsewhere. Easy to order, good communication from Kilmarnock branch and courteous attention from staff when I went to pick up the order. Will definitely use again.

Sheer Ignorance
Sad to say having attended an interview on 24.08.2023 and being informed, the decision would made late that week/ early next. Despite emailing three times, 1st being informed interview still taking place Despite this was week after my own/ Despite being told that week decision would be made.
Roll onto 12th September, and still no response!! Manners cost nothing. Companies are being interviewed just as much as candidates.
To ignore emails, not have the Manners to contact candidates is just ignorance!

Amazing professional service
Amazing professional service. Picked up after the second ring, found the product I needed, ordered online, got confirmation phone call confirming they’d received my order, and then 2 confirmation emails followed within a couple of minutes. So impressed!

Excellent customer care
We bought decking from Rowebb and had a couple of issues which wasnt they're fault but Rowebb and John in particular worked hard to resolve these issues.
I have no hesitation in recommending them and their services to anyone.

A great company willing to resolve customer issues
Was advised to order extra k-rend, then when I tried to return the extra I had left, they wouldn’t take it back as 2 weeks is their cut off so be mindful of this. I was not impressed, as their truck was broken down so delivery was cancelled twice so I put off booking the builder, then they just turned up with my order one day so how was I supposed to arrange the builder and him finish the job in 2 weeks! UPDATE: I did complain in my review and the wonderful John contacted me and resolved the situation! I do appreciate a company that respects and takes seriously a customers views. Thankyou so much John!
Also the colour enhancer paint that I have since purchased is amazing as it covers up any discrepancies and is so smooth and great to paint with 👍
