i been going through some bad times the last few years been stressed,upset,emotional and i realise i been a bit of a pain in the butt by going on sometimes,i want to say sorry and thank you to jade, scott and cheryl especially for really listening and being there for me with true advice and listening to me going on all the time. They have took the time for me and really been understanding. Jade i think is the best manager there always has been, she is always there for customers to listen, Jade your a princess, thank you so much to u all for listening and helping me xxx

Leamington Spa wickes is the best place to go for all your home and garden improvements. Because Diane is a Star. Very, very helpful went out of her way to help with my decorating want and needs! Very friendly and professional also . Great top Star service. And great prices too.

I was at The Royal Leamington Spa Theatre last night to see Legend The Music of Bob Marley, brilliant show, beautiful venue, good bar, good vibes, amazing atmosphere inside the place.. A special mention to the duty manager Harriet and her colleagues including security people for keeping the place safe, we all had a good time, especially dancing in every corner of the building.. I will come back again.

Holly at Leamington Spa and her colleague were very helpful when I wanted to buy a walking pole that was not available in the shop but they ordered it for me to be delivered free of charge to my home.

A totally brilliant service, I won’t ever be going anywhere else!!

Price of breakfast was included in the price but not available as no cook showed up for two days. Day 2 was 23rd August and Manager asked for refund but said he had to speak to his Manager. Then said contact Bookings.com for a rebate.
Room cleanliness was ok except the shower flex was filthy. The entrance for registration was into the Spit and Sawdust Bar below the property and consisted of a small end of bar and the key extracted from an open Tin container.
An entrance door was now available at the side of the bar and smelled very musty on entry. The steep stairs were twisty between floors. My room (4) was clean in general with clean bedding. Street below is noisy as one way and traffic lights hold up the flow. A railway bridge is adjacent to the property and a few trains rumbled past. My tea tray had no spoon and taps were distorted in the tiny shower/ toilet room. Water supply good and also the shower, apart from the filthy flex hose. Located in downtown Leamington so not to expect any luxuries.
