I ordered a Qigong certification course…

I ordered a Qigong certification course and received an AI generated course that was quite a disappointment. IN ADDITION, I was charged another $197.00 for 80 courses that I never ever ordered, nor did I see such a package advertised. I wrote to the support email address complaining about the added courses and requesting an immediate refund. I then received an email with them stating that I had indeed orderd the entire 81 course package, and that they had lawyers who took these claims seriously and insinuated that I was somehow fraudulent. At that point, I filed a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, and will be working with my bank to attempt to recoup my money. I have nothing good to say about this company.

The course is ai generated , extremely repetitive and difficult to study. 120 modules of over 5000 pages without any visual aids or diagrams.
The final exam is over 110 questions,all ai generated. You need to pass with over 80% success rate which is almost impossible as there are quite a few trick questions. For re-examination you have to pay more.
You end up paying dearly or giving up altogether.
This is an intellectual scam.

Nonsense of a course

Contacted support team after realising the content is not worth my time. Content seems to be created by AI, only generic pieces of advice. Completely contradicting the point of the course. I've chosen Plant-based nutrition coach program and the information they were teaching me was Meat, poultry, and dairy products are excellent sources of protein. Total scam. I never seen any reviews, got scammed by price offer. It's disgraceful to scam people looking for more education.

Purchased Royal Certified All-in-One Holistic Masterclass as part of Halloween Special.
The package promised additional 80 bonuses in the next 30 days (I still have the email to prove this). I wish I could upload a screenshot to this review.

Ive still not recieved these bonuses.I sent an email on 28th December to notify them that I still havent received my bonuses.
I hadnt received a reply so I sent another email on 26th Jan and still no reply.

I feel ripped off as theyre not responding to emails or providing access to the bonuses.

JUST PURE SCAM

I purchased the Systemic constellations coach certification. No invoice, I got email with three links, two didn't work and one to the learning portal was 43 short sentences in every 120 modules. It was a scam, I immediately called them, emailed them of course with no answer. They emailed me in two days that because I opened it, they will not return my money. This is the email I sent them which they are saying in answer they didn't receive. " Hi I purchased the Systemic family constellations coach certification and I tried to access it. Are there any videos to learn from? I can only access the learning portal which is just text and I can't access the materials and bonus page. That takes me to a website "shop now'.

I feel like I made a mistake purchasing your program and I would like my money back.

Absolute Scam Artists - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute Scam Artists - ordered a course and the upsell - the upsell was never delivered. Instructed by customer service to check my login - still not there and then when I requested a refund was told because I had accessed the login that they would not refund any monies !!!’

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY:
Actually that is NOT the full story and their response has a number of untruths in it. As they are sharing emails here are some segments from their customer service emails along with a more detailed explanation and the truth.

The first email confirming the purchase of the Integrative & Functional Medicine Certification:

“Integrative Health & Functional Medicine Mastery Certification

Dear TrevorKilleen

On behalf of Royal Certified Masterclass, I'm pleased to welcome you as our newest member.”

The second confirming the purchase of the Holistic Masterclass:
“Thank you for joining our Holistic Living Masterclass” (this was the upsell referred to).

When I initially queried the access to the upsell I got a response asking me to check spam/junk etc and the access I had - thereby making their refund policy void because once you access the course apparently their 3 day refund policy is voided.

I confirmed access which was only to the first course.

The screenshot that I have is of a page
where there is a button (blue) asking if you wish to avail of the $197 Holistic bundle upsell this then takes you to a simple ‘Thank You’ page (I didn’t think this strange as many funnels have one-click upsells) - I didn’t think I would need to screenshot this as I assumed the upsell had been processed. I only took a screenshot of the upsell page so I had a record of what I was actually upselling to.

I provided screenshot with my initial email and NOT in response to a request for proof of purchase which they have suggested in their response. I wanted to be clear about the upsell that I was referring to to avoid confusion and stating the following:

“ I opted into this offer for $197 and received the email below confirming this saying I would receive an email with the login details for the masterclass platform but I haven’t received the email giving me access as yet - could you please advise?‘

To which they responded:
“ According to our delivery logs, we can confirm that all course materials were successfully sent to your registered email address.” - This, to me, means the original course AND the upsell that I was querying. So I logged in to check what materials had been delivered and it was only the original course.

As I didn’t seem to be getting anywhere -It was at this point that I requested a refund of all money. And got this response -

“Our team is currently reviewing your inquiry to ensure we provide you with the most accurate and comprehensive information. We strive to address all customer concerns thoroughly and professionally.

Please expect a detailed response from us within the next 24/48 hours.”

I have checked ALL of the correspondence from the company and at NO POINT have they asked me to check with my bank or entered into a discussion about whether I have been charged for the upsell.

I then got a lengthy email (I won’t post that here) quoting their refund policy and stating that “ you have successfully received and accessed the course materials, thereby rendering your purchase ineligible for a refund under our policy terms.” There is no suggestion to check charges in this email either.

They have simply refuse any refund because I followed THEIR instructions and checked what materials I had access to.

I stand firmly by my original review. If they had wanted to engage in meaningful dialogue and avoid negative reviews they should have taken a more customer focused, less rigid approach. They have failed to acknowledge that there may have been any error on their part - system or human - and have not looked at it from the customer viewpoint!!

Their publishing of my email shows how their lack of customer service!!! Yes I have threatened action as they have been unhelpful and using their policies against the customer despite them suggesting I should log in and check !!

Furthermore making out that they have discussed me checking the bank charges is utter lies and I would be happy to provide anyone with the email trail in full should they wish to verify this.

More evidence of the questionable ethics of this company calling customers liars.

For complete transparency and because I am not one to lie - I have now checked my bank and the charge for $197 has not (as yet) appeared on my credit card.

They need to look at the upsell and the “Thank You” page that you are brought to once you click on the link as it appears they may have a glitch.

I would hope for some sort of an apology from the company but given their readiness to publish untruths in a public forum I won’t hold my breath.

We feel compelled to share the full email exchange history regarding your case to provide complete transparency about this situation.

When you contacted our customer service about the missing upsell delivery, we thoroughly investigated and found no successful purchase of this product in our system. We provided you with invoice #796122, showing only your main course transaction, and suggested verifying with your bank to confirm that no other transaction was ever processed - a simple step you have chosen not to take despite our recommendation.

You insisted you had proof of the upsell purchase, but the screenshot you provided was of our sales page, not a payment confirmation. Instead of collaborating to resolve this matter by checking with your bank, you demanded a full refund of all products and wrote: "So if you would like to avoid me passing this on to a solicitor and sue you not only for the course fees but also for the lost time and stress and anxiety your attitude and approach has caused, not to mention the social media storm I will ensue warning people of the scam like nature of your approach to business (NOT very holistic or customer focused which is ironic) then I suggest you sort out the refund as requested!!!"

It is our company policy to never avoid negative reviews due to threats. Should you choose to pursue legal action, our legal team will address the situation accordingly.

Ridiculously AI generated garbage

It’s clearly a scam class!! The website was bought only 2 months ago. All these are paid reviews, impressive that even Google searches bring back ai generated something about it being the best something something top rated whatever when it’s only been around a couple months.

If you have any doubt, make sure to check out the clearly ai videos of “real customers” making $150k a month 😂😂😂😂

Not worth it. It’s all just clearly 100% ai scams. You can’t have 120 ebooks per certificate after being around for 2 months!

7 days ago I wrote to the company if their Qi Gong course includes also videos instead of only pdf and audio, since it is totally impossible to learn Qi Gong by only reading e books and listening to audios and i got no answer at all. I guess they expect you to learn Qi Gong moves without watching not one sinlge video.
