just received my second RM product. i got my order after two weeks and the shipping was pretty good. it seems like they have improved their quality on their necklaces since my last one

My friend and I both just ordered something from them although I was hesitant based on previous reviews but it seems as though they have fixed their previous issues, at least for my order. The necklaces arrived within a couple weeks and I have worn them for almost 6 months now and haven't seen any wear on them. I just ordered another necklace from them and they have been very communicative thus far:)

I don’t typically write reviews but this product is truly awful. It’s cheaply made and took about a month to arrive. It also came from china which I guess goes to show cheaply made it is. The package arrived completely tattered and broken. I and the necklace feels and looks like poo quality. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend. No return possibility, poor service. Hands off it.

Never received my package, the customer service is useless and just ghosted me after 3 mails ...

I bought two pieces from Royal Merchand, and I’m really disappointed. The brand claims their jewelry is handmade, high-quality, and water-resistant, but after less than a month, the gold plating completely came off.
The silver jewelry also turned dark, and there’s nothing to do about it. On top of that, the package actually came from China, so it’s clearly not handmade as they claim. Very poor quality and not worth the price at all.

Bad customer service….don’t buy from them. They don’t respond to request for return. Had to contact my credit card company. No phone number to call.

Ordered over three weeks ago and haven’t received anything. I tried to email their ‘customer support’ and it comes back undeliverable. This place is garbage. Stay away!

Don't buy from them. Cheaply made necklace and to small. Not worth $100 bucks at all. Now issues with refund. Made in China not USA.
