My new family heirloom! Love it!
It is here and it is PERFECT! Even my Mom (which is hard to please) was thrilled by the picture.
First the picture, the eyes are beautiful and the single black hair on her chin is breathtaking. Details are sharp and i could gaze on it for hours to capture all of its details!
Second is the service, from day 1 there were someone to politely and swiftly reply to all my e-mails along with getting into contact with the unprofessional shipping company for me. Shipping took a while but that's due to the Shipping Company being not even half decent.
Last but not least the pricing, 88usd truly isn't enough to cover it all. Such a masterpiece and caring customer service was a luxury i did not deserve. I feel like royalty myself!
I could not ask for more, but i will consider more portraits to capture the beauty of my dog!

Could not have been happier!!
They almost immediately emailed me to discuss the picture I had submitted. They explained the reason and purpose. I added some additional photos via email but explained that our beloved Gracie had passed so there wasn’t an option to take additional photos, and the reason the first photo was so important (she was smiling) if at all possible. The artist used the original photo but gathered additional details from the other photos in order to end up with a PERFECT product. Prior to the final stage, I received an email with exactly what it would look like and literally immediately burst into tears (HAPPY tears) because it could not have been a better rendition that it felt like looking at her! Shipped quickly and securely. Just know to check your email constantly after submitting your order as they are SUPER quick to touch base and respond. I didn’t expect that, so they were following up to make sure I’d received their emails and were happy with everything. GREAT company. GREAT service. GREAT product!! I researched a ton of companies and all seemed to be scams, which was probably why they all seemed to charge a little less....I decided the few extra dollars was worth a good experience and good outcome and could not have been more pleased!!! A million stars!!!

Solid effort and amazing quality!!
The effort that was put into the portrait was very well detailed and I can tell it was made with love. When I gave my friend the portrait of her dog she fell in love!! She has it hanging up as her most prized possession. 10/10 recommend RPP for a portrait of your fur baby 🥰
