Don't give withdrawals

I made a.withdrawal didn't recieve as I gave wrong bank details got incontact with casino.They requested 3 months of bank statements on witch is refused to send it did send first page of statement showing the deposit I made to casino and showing i never recieved the with drawdrawal.They refused to fix the problem.When they sent the funds it would have shown name doesn't match account details and said they it to account.Why when details dont match .

Delays and asking for the impossible .. 12k

After two years of small withdraws and being very loyal to this casino, got the big one a max win 12k. They then requested KYC which i provided all my ID and the bank statements they requested for ID, this was verified all good, then one more thing . they wanted copies of every card i have ever used on this website, 2 years, 11 different cards , some being temporary zip cards prepaid visa things that i can never get copies of ever again. ive tried talking to them explaining that i can only provide my current cards. they just respond with the same automated message "we respectfully request you provide the essential documents at your earliest convenience to avoid delays" . So they have verified my identity, they have verified my bank statements they have copies of my most recent physical cards that have made deposits and still they wont pay out. They know the information they are asking for is not possible to get and just using this to delay me so i give up on this withdraw... Why would they even need to have copies of cards that have deposited years ago? Its remind me of an Insurance company , they will pay out when the fridge blows up but when your house burns down they try to find any reason not to pay . 12k.... would put most of it back in over next couple months anyways...

They are a scam site- they take your money without even playing. I requested a replay of the footage- which is meant to be readily available. My footage was blank. Apparently you also enter a contract upon login, where you waiver rights to refunds. I asked for my money back and that is the reply I was given. You may as well flush your cash down the toilet cos they just steal it from you.

Sketchy business going on

I had deposited $950 into my account. Activated "one" free play $5 just to add to my balance which had a 1x wager reqiurement and it finished. Then I started to win big around $13,000 to be exact then I called it a day and went back to the main page and look at my balance and it went to $500. I was in shock then I looked at my bonus history and it says -12,500 because I exeeded an bonus. I then contacted support as I had no active bonus to even exceed. They said to me that I should clear my cache etc, I did then it still had $12,500 missing I recontacted them and they talked with the "higher team" which then said that the bonus was automatically added as I left. WHICH BTW MAKES NO SENSE. Then I ask the support agent like that they can just add an automatic bonus when someone wins big and they said they cant do anything about it when it is literally their website and I ask to contact the higher team and the agent Abby says "No we are unable to do that". So your bascially telling me a random bonus can just get added and it limits the winnings to just $500 from $13,000. Yeah no thanks what a scam. I have proof as well if anyone wants.

Bad support

I have read through all of royal reel’s rules and promotions starting with cash back that I was told I wasn’t entitled to but it clearly says on site that everyone is eligible if they do a minimum of 3 $30 deposits also there is a Christmas wheel that clearly says deposit $30 and try your luck and alls support could say is it says try your luck and deposit so if you deposit you may get to spin the wheel I have screenshots and proof that it isn’t what there saying and it’s disgraceful, false advertising and I’ve put more money into there casino over the last few months than I care to divulge and they still keep being dishonest and definitely not being there for there customers like they claim to, I have since seeing this reply and contacted support and they just said they don’t know what I’m talking about I even sent screenshots but they still had no clue and as for the wheel spin upon deposit’s I have only received the one wheel for depositing because they said I didn’t get them because I receive a complimentary wheel spin for being a vip but if that was the case then why did I receive one as well as my vip spin

So I’ve spent thousands on royal reels and I always have trouble with customer support. I have been speaking to customer support for half an hour easy trying to get my cash back activated but they keep telling me it’s by invitation even though it clearly says in app that anyone can receive cash back on Friday’s. I had screenshots and emails stating it but it still had to be looked into, I didn’t get last week’s either because I was told I didn’t meet the $1000 deposit for the week but it clearly states that you only have to do a minimum of 3 $30 deposit’s to be eligible, I’m sick of always dealing with the effects of mental health after I deal with them each time

Do not deposit, i made a deposit of 170$ was stringged along for almost 4 weeks of non stop emails back and forth.. ended resolving nothing and was asked to complete ANOTHER KYC verification.. been sent email response duplicate what was already sent to me.. just a joke of support team seriously..
