Royal Wolf Avis 

I have bought more than ten containers from Royal Wolf and they have been great. I have bought from the Townsville, Rocky, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide depots. I mostly deal with Leslie in Darwin, she is straight to the point and the descriptions of what you are buying are 100% accurate.

Fast - Efficient - Friendly - As Described.
I needed a container on a tight budget and in a hurry. RW had one in their Gippsland yard and they delivered it the very next day. Great service and very friendly.

Just purchased a shipping container through David from Royal Wolf Toowoomba. It was an incredibly easy process - David was SO helpful and looked after us to make sure we were getting the best value for our money. Overall, a great, stress-free experience thanks to David. Would highly recommend going through him if you are chasing a shipping container in the south west qld region.

Bought a container from Dave in Toowoomba and could not be happier. He offered to FaceTime me so I could see the container which I didn’t need but walked out to it while on the phone to tell me about it and answer questions. The tow truck driver that delivered it was also fantastic and spot on time. Had site ready which was a tight spot but all up took about 10 mins. Absolutely stoked with the service all round and highly recommend. Thanks again Dave for a great experience.

I was told to email the team at newsletters at royal wolf regarding my, 'Disappointed,' post, I did and no one has contacted me, we have to throw out most of our contents of the Royal Wolf container this week.
Deverstated.

I hired a container which was dropped off and picked up in the right location, however little communication was given to confirm what day that it would be dropped off and collected. I had stated a collection day via email, but after that day went by, was told I had to complete a form (however the form they gave me stated that the depot were supposed to fill it out). This happened right before Christmas so I had to wait 3 weeks until the depot opened again. After completing the form they couldn't provide an approximate time for collection and didn't respond to my emails.

Great people to deail with. Helpful and excellent customer service.

Purchased a second hand container
Thought because I had hired 2 and still had one I would get a reasonable one but no.
Very poor condition

Terrible service like they are looking to charge for any little thing like they forgot to sweep out the container so lets charge the client....what a joke.
And even worse accounts and invoicing...cant reconcile an account to save themselves....shocking shoddy and shithouse

We dealt with your Canberra office for a 20' sealed container with side opening doors to allow us to store seed in a vermin proof area, (especially mice). Your office was very efficient, nd delivery was made when promised.
Unfortunately you could not give a discount on the purchased container!!
However I would reccomend you to others.
