Ordered men’s shirts in February. Tracking claims delivered to mailbox. There are no mailboxes lare enough to receive a parcel that size here.

There is no contact phone number provided on this site.

I sent multiple emails over the last three months.

No reply as been received to date.

So now I am off to my bank for a refund.

This company is a scam. Ordered men’s shirts obviously a fake tracking number said package was delivered in mailbox, never arrived. Tried to email site and MeiHoo pagasus tracking, email addresses are invalid and would not go through. Stay away from them you will not get what you order.

They Specialize in Fraud. Lied about shipping, lied about refund, Just Everything is a Lie. Just read the other REVIEWS Here! I have filed a claim with my credit card. Hopefully will get a refund. AVOID!

This company is a scam. I placed my order and paid my bill and received no merchandise. When I contacted the company to have the products reshipped. I was told no. No money returned. This is a scam.

Ordered some t shirts month ago,not received the items.All sorts of excuses,the delivery firm lost th order.
After many emails aking for my money back,I get fobbed off with all sorts of excuses.I have nowcome to conclusion that the only way foward is a Small Courts claim,then,it will cost them more than the original refund.A total scam

Royanusa is a total scam. Ordered May 16th, now July 18th with nothing but the run around and no items received. Shipping is a scam Probably part of their company. I have notified the state attorney general to proceed with charges of consumer fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud and false information about shipping. I have communicated by at least a dozen e-mails word for word the same as others have received. They promised a refund and told me it had been processed back on June 28th, nothing, not surprised. I told Facebook that they were allowing a scam to advertise on their site and should also take them to court for false advertising.

Order didn't arrive. Tracking site is useless as progress is vague showing parcel moving from provincial distribution centre to local distribution centre without actually saying where they are located. When then finally goods have been allegedly delivered they are no where to be found.
Scam operator at best.

I placed orders for 2 collections (1 for 5 prs of jeans , 1 for 10 shirts) on May 19th (order # 2261 & 2262) I received an email June 22nd saying they were delivered to my mail box (mailbox can only fit a few letters). No delivery was received by me. I sent an email stating my concerns on the 23rd (which did not bounce) but have never received a reply as of July 15th.
I would strongly suggest that anyone considering a purchase from this "Company" reconsiders, as there will probably be no delivery of any items purchased, and no redress for you when or if you seek compensation. Ted Sutherland

If it were possible to give a lower than 1 star rating I would, in fact a -10, this site is 100% a scam, they are registered to Canada but do not deliver orders or respond to emails, and once they have your email address they spam you continuously and their unsubscribe button does not work, it gives you a 404 warning which violates Canada's anti spam laws, they are currently under investigation for fraud by the RCMP as well as for spam mail violations by the CRTC, stay away from these dishonest "sellers" or they will become a problem you do not want!

Absolute scam company operating in the US but outsourcing through spurious suppliers in China - there is reason they are cheap they are criminal scammers

We have contacted the supplier and the earliest delivery time is 25 days later.

This company is a total scam (but very convincing...) I placed an order in early June. The tracking number was not supplied until I asked for it and then it did not work. Finally, I got an email saying that my parcel had been delivered; I'm still waiting... I asked for a refund and was told I would be refunded in 12 to 20 days! That is absolutely no way to run a business. I again asked for a refund and as of this time I am still waiting.

I placed an order on May 25 2026 - Royanusa charged my credit card the next day for the full amount. As of July 3rd, not only have I not received the merchandise but I have no way of contacting them. Every lead I get just runs me around in circles!

Royanusa thought they were going to rip me off Bad news for them I got all my money back from my CC

This Company is a scam. They fraudulently take your money with no intention of providing the goods. As they are a chinese company clearly they think they can get away with it.
I have now read the other reviews who all have had the same experience. I have no less than 40 emails from their scam help centre.
I am now taking this up though my credit card provider. I am also raising the issue with our trading standards and The advertising Standards agency.
I am also raising the issue with State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR): the Chinese equivalent of trading standards.
This company advertise extensively on microsoft games that should have been a warning in itself.
A report to microsoft will follow but I will not hold my breath on that one.
Others reading this may wish to email their help centre the izzy one Inundate them and tell them that you are sending reports to all the above especially the Chinese standards.
However to all other readers AVOID this company like the plague.

Everything happened the same as the last 8 reviewers. No-one seems to want to help. The transport company Aramex, tracking company Trak17.com, and most of all the seller. Apparently my parcel (from what I can make out) is one day it's missing, the next it's been attempted to deliver, then delivered and put in the letterbox (on a Saturday? and if it was I'd like to know how they planned to fit 10 shirts into my letterbox). I don't know why they are allowed to still advertise. It's been about 30 days now, so I guess I'll give up. Which is what they want anyway. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered from their site may 18th. It's now June 27th and we still haven't received the order. They said it was delivered but it never was. They said they could try to redeliver if we gave them an extra $15.00 for shipping. Then they said they'd refund the the money. Well still haven't gotten money. What a complete scam
