They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Excellent communication and reliability. They fitted my new oil boiler in one day, and left behind no mess.

RPM were very helpful and accommodating to connect up a new gas meter to our boiler and then to test the system, immediately after the new meter was fitted, so that we were not left without hot water etc.

I needed a repair on a toilet cistern and replacement washbasin plug fitting. After having been let down by two other businesses, I contacted RPM who provided an excellent service. I was kept fully up to date about the appointment and the plumber turned up on time. The removal of the existing wash basin fitting was not straightforward but the plumber persevered with it when others may have given up. Was happy with the price and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Ive not had hot water for 7 months, ive been scammed, then fooled again by another so called plumber, who took money, roughly assembled the heater and left it not working, leaking and a live electric wire.
Im 80. Ryan came and within 3 hours had taken all apart, reassembled, made all safe and all in perfect order. He's polite, quiet, tidy and extremely efficient. Thank you Ryan. You are a Superstar.

Asked for engineer to come out for problem with boiler , someone came same day and sorted the problem all working now.

After having no hot water or heating for nearly a week because of being messed about by an insurance appointed " heating engineer???" Who then deemed my old boiler Beyond economic repair I decided to call Richard, who I had used before, and he attended straight away and diagnosed the fault immediately. As the boiler was 18 years old I decided to replace it. I was given what I considered a fair price and agreed to the installation. This was done the next day again professionally and everything was left clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away. I would not hesitate to recommend RPM who is considering any work doing.

The guys are helpful, answer questions, make recommendations and do what they can for the customer.

Richard was very professional and made sure everything was clear before servicing the boiler. He pointed out that the boiler had not been registered by the installer and therfore wasn't guaranteed. Fortunately Worcester
Bosch were very helpful and honoured the guarantee.

Tim came out at short notice and went above and beyond to resolve a badly leaking shower for our very elderly mother. It was late evening just before a bank holiday weekend and he was fantastic in sorting it out and bringing peace of mind to a 99 year old (and her family).
