Hey,
We offered you a refund to credit note which our return policy states. We also send you proof of purchase direct from the trapstar site. You asked us why there isn’t tags inside of the tracksuit, which we explained to you several times that Trapstar do not manufacture their tracksuits with tags. The tracksuit also contains a certi logo which proves proof of authenticity.

Unsure if genuine
I have bought a burberry top online. The top does not have the QR tag or authentic code. Unsure if the top is real, paid £230. I have messaged on chat but no reply.

We have responded by email to you within the hour and we have also responded on our live chat within 120 seconds ? All of our burberry products are 100% authentic and purchased from trusted suppliers. Burberry t-shirts do not come with such a thing to scan to check for authenticity, you have also said it is a big size and u previously own one ? If you previously owned one you would know they are oversized & therefore would of purchased the same size. We have offered to refund you for store credit as you have stated you don’t want to keep your purchase.

Cancelled order 4 days before Christmas
Cancelled my order with no explanation 5 days before Christmas without any option of being able to get a replacement in time. Item I purchased is still available on the website and have had no explanation as to why they cancelled during the “expected delivery date” too.

We didn’t receive our stock by the cut off date we had arranged with our supplier, so we had to cancel a handful of orders, yours being one of them. However the t shirt shouldn’t of came back in stock on our website we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and can offer you a £20 off code for your next order if you ever need anything .
