I took the hosting from RSHweb 3 month ago, I have migrated from godaddy as I am running my web on Wordpress and godaddy was lagging as hell. RSH has decent hosting, no lags, site works fast enough and customer service is very helpful.
Nowhere else I had this kind of quick responses from customer support as in this company.
Their knowledge base saved me from opening three different tickets. Found exactly what I needed about DNS propagation. Host that educates customers > host that just fixes things for you.
I was skeptical about 'unlimited' bandwidth promises, but RSHWeb actually delivers. Running a photography portfolio with heavy image loads and zero throttling so far. Impressed.
Bought my personal Domain Name from RSH About 20yrs ago AND MAINTAINED ever since. The company itself is terrific and the staff - are definitely in a league of their own.
The technical team are amazing- they usually answer - same day ; and in straight forward cutomer friendly clear simple terms.
RICK just sorted out an issue with my email forwarding. All sorted and resolved same day in just 3 emails.

They'll take your money and disappear. I've lost money and not their first time and still waiting for a resolution. Their customer support is non-existent

Mailbox on my domain had stopped forwarding my emails to my collecting email address & couldn't log in to my dashboard.
Emailed customer services and they dealt with & resolved the issue >>> within 4 Hours.
Have had my personal domain with RSH for 15years
- says it all really .... ie renewed domain for 3yrs for 5 TIMES.
Had only about 6 issues with my domain/email in the 15years - and they have been BRILLIANT every time.
They really are the best - and put everybody else - in the shade

This web service company is perfect for working with small musician businesses. I have been having them work on my page bagpipeplayers and the results are great, The cost is very reasonable.
