Great brand, would recommend

I have the slim leg red and pink trousers with the matching puffer jacket and I am already eyeing up the leopard print set!

Low quality at this price point
No issues with Ruanua as a company, good to deal with. But was disappointed with the product ( ski leggings/trousers) for the price they’re more expensive than Poivré Blanc or Salomon which are bee established brands and the quality of the material was very cheap and uncomfortable. They also look a really different fit to how they appear online.

Hi Claire, we are so sorry you were not happy with our product and we are surprised to see this review as you visited us at the snow show in person. We see you ordered the black slim leg trouser, this is fleece lined bonded soft shell material, maybe you were expecting a different style of trouser? This is not cheap fabric. We are a small business so try our best to be competitive price wise in the market. Big companies achieve economies of scale and even that being said we are not more expensive than the ones listed. Salomon does not stock soft shell ski trousers but looking at their other styles we are cheaper than 7 out of 8 of their styles. Poivre Blanc we are £10 cheaper than their equivalent style. When starting we tried really hard to get our prices to be as competitive as possible because we wanted to keep our quality as high as possible even if it meant a smaller margin. We are so sorry that these trousers did not meet your standard and would love to chat about how we can improve the fit. Thank you for ordering off us and we will work hard to improve our product.

I’m delighted with my new 2026 season…
I’m delighted with my new 2026 season ski gear! So unique, warm and very comfortable. As I am in between sizes I bought the pants in two sizes knowing I would be returning a pair. The return process was super easy for me as I could deliver my return personally rather than having to trek to the post office! An option to return to a shop like the Great Outdoors would be great..

I love the Ski pants but I have an idea. Maybe put some holes for a belt onto the pants because maybe for someone with a slim waist it’s a little bit problematic..
But otherwise I’m really happy and can’t wait to shop more from your brand!!
