Late Delivery - No customer service
Delivery was late by two weeks. In the end we had to cancel the order, got exactly what we required for a fraction of the cost (recommend using COH Baines).
No help whatsoever from Tom Martins who ignored all of our emails except to tell us we would receive our order in 24 hours (this happened every day for two weeks) and refused to send tracking information. Steer clear.
