I had a great experience and recommend Rubenhair hair transplant clinic to everyone, who want to shange his life quality. After years of feeling self-conscious about my thinning hair, I finally took the plunge, and it was one of the best decisions I've made.
From the first consultation, ISHRS hair transplant surgeon Dr. Andrejs Milcevskis and the team were professional, honest, and never pushy. They explained exactly what to expect from hair transplant, set realistic goals, and answered all my (many) questions without making me feel rushed. On the day of the hair procedure, everything was clean, organised, and surprisingly comfortable — the staff kept me relaxed throughout.
The aftercare was just as impressive. I got clear instructions, follow-up check-ins, and they were quick to respond whenever I reached out. Recovery was smoother than I expected, and watching the new growth come in over the following months has been incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure in a simple and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was the level of care and attention I received. The team continuously monitored my vital signs and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Their dedication to patient care was truly exceptional.
The most uncomfortable part of the procedure was the local anesthesia injections, but even that was very manageable. After that, I felt virtually nothing during the transplant itself—in fact, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep while the procedure was being performed!
A huge thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience. Everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and expertise. I’m incredibly excited to see the upcoming results and would highly recommend Rubenhair to anyone considering a hair transplant.
