Tried multiple times and contacted their customer service email who stated they don't use PayPal, even though the website allows you to do. I think I am finally able to get a refund (per PayPal). Order was placed in Dec and was still trying to fight them and get some ownership to their crappy website. Complete SCAM.

They change the price of my total transaction, after I submitted the order. I filed a claim with PayPal for the difference, and PayPal sided with me....BUT they never sent the product I paid for!

If I could have these people arrested, I will. I never received my order. They also added additional charges after my purchase. I wrote to them. Their voicemail is full. No one ever answers the phone. I texted. They never provided a tracking number. They set up their email to bounce back that orders have been shipped, but obviously they haven't. No responses to my communications. An extremely dishonest business. Do NOT shop with this company. They will take your money and never ship your items. Dishonest %&*(%$#. Charges come through as Sibylle Becher. PayPal has NOT closed their account. Their charges come through as roofing and siding type materials company.

Never received order. No communication from seller. As others have mentioned, the seller added additional charges without my approval AFTER transaction was completed. Don't waste your time or money.

New Zealand based scam operation using "Brayden Tonk", the individual will take your money and stop all communication. There is no warehouse, product inventory, or legitimate operational headquarters. The customer service had an Asian diction, possibly a cooperation between basement fraud operatives in different countries. Paypal has been notified to cancel Rube's account, and the FBI has been alerted to investigate and prosecute. Folks, do your research. Hints: No tax charge on orders, "UPS/DHL Fast Ship" BS, and unrealistic prices. Avoid these bottom feeders.

Got totally ripped off and never received my order. It's a shame our country has come to this.

This is a criminal enterprise. See the reviews below and probably above. I ordered 3 fish aquariium items on 01 JAN 25. The next morning Paypal informed me of a change in the charge from $38.00 to $44.00 with no explanation or receipt of the purchase sent to my email.
No customer service to speak of than what appeared to be an AI generated and/or copied and pasted general response indicating that there was no such order and perhaps I ordered with a different vendor

I ordered a dog crate, and as others have said, the price was good. Too good to be true-as the saying goes. Luckily I took a screen shot of the order before I closed the page. I never received an order confirmation email! A few hours later, PayPal sent me an email that the "merchant increased the payment amount"! No lie, I was amazed PayPal allows this! Since I never received the order email, and they increased the price, I contacted PayPal and initiated a dispute of the charges. This was the very next morning, and PP said that was good because nothing had been paid out yet. The merchant is required to answer their inquiries within 7 days. I also called my credit card, but cannot dispute there yet since the charge still shows pending. These sites should be shut down faster!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I paid via paypal thankfully so immediately raised a claim and has since been refunded. I bought some products, no confirmation email which immediately flagged me as weird, then looked, no social media to be found, their so called support lies to you and sends you in circles pretending they 'know nutting' and its either poor AI or people that pretend to speak poor english. You will go in circles with them. You will then get an email saying there are items still in your cart despite the fact the money came off your credit card. THEY ARE A SCAM! You will not see your product and you will not even get an email receipt!!! they will just steal your money. Check out you tube, listed all over the internet as being a scam site, I am not sure why no one has taken them down yet. Thieves.

I tried to order from this site but their MC/VISA failed to process the payment. There price are very low and include free shipping kinda suspicious.
