Scam, scam, scam…, don’t waste your money and time. None of the items are real…

THIS COMPANY IT FAKE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam site, closing down sale is fake, inferior products, fake discounts, huge markups foe the actuam materials used

The "closing down sale" is just a marketing pitch. The prices are actually sold for 2-7 times of what they are worth in materials. (after the 80% discount, btw) The "14k gold" is just a tiny fraction of a gram of gold in the thin coating they put on the silver. The entire pieces are made of 925 silver (sterling silver) with a very thin layer of 14k gold. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Some pieces go as far as to not even be made in silver. Those that are not silver, are made of brass (copper and zinc) which is even cheaper.

The descriptions are scummy and written to deceive the seller. Let me break it down for you:

- "Since gold is one of the least reactive metals, it scratches less and doesn't wear out as easily." - less reactive does not mean less scratching. The gold coating will last you a couple weeks until seeing silver

- "Our lab-made simulated diamonds have all the radiant sparkle of natural mined diamonds, only at a more affordable price." They are selling silver jewelry with fake gemstones (moissanites) and marketing it as "simulated diamonds" / "simulated emeralds." Moissanites are completely different gemstones and a lot cheaper.
(edit: most the pieces don't even use moissanites. They have cubic zirconia, which is just worthless glass. The kind of gemstones you might find in chinese jewelry or some toys)

- "14k gold is an alloy created from solid 24k gold which is mixed with other metals to increase it's durability. For most of our pieces we've opted to use a thick layer of 14k solid gold bonded over premium jewelers grade brass or silver." - 14k gold is not really for durability but to cut down costs. this 14k gold is actually 42% copper/nickel/zinc. Also, there is no such thing as jeweler's grade silver or brass. It's regular sterling silver and cheap brass.

No coincidence the 5 star reviews all include lame sales pitch talk.
"Ethically sourced!"
"Stunning 14k gold!"
"They replaced it for free!"

Don't fall for this.

Fake, scamming website...Don't fall for their "closing down" sale either. Waste of space for whoever is running this site. Nice one creating all those 5 star reviews as well, next time add in a few 2/3/4 stars to make it more believable not just straight 1 & 5 stars...smdh

This is for you folk who's very susceptible.
Don't buy real jewellery if they are not from a physical store.

Go find their instagram page. It has 1 follower.
Also why does it share the same name with the official retailer Ruby Jewellers, with one letter difference?

Making new accounts is easy. Fake reviews are dirt cheap to create. Pay attention to the fact there's no photo. If you already bought it, see if you can call your credit card company to cancel. Be safe.

Fake website! This is Rubi Jewelers posing as Ruby Jewelers. I overpayed for a cheap, low quality, fake but very pretty ring. I am very disappointed. When I tracked the shipping I found that the ring shipped from China??? Beware of false websites. Rubi Jewelers is NOT Ruby Jewelers it is a fake site posing as Ruby Jewelers.

I had to wait a long time for my custom ring, but in the end it was delivered on time and honestly.... it's perfect.

Beautiful and dainty jewelry. Very good quality and made from recycled metals which is important to me. Would totally buy something again!

This is a newer brand for me and they have beautiful and affordable items. The packaging is also very nice and you can tell that they put care into it. I wear my ruby tennis bracelet regularly and am happy with the purchase.

Quality and customer service are great. I've bought multiple pieces over the past year and have done multiple exchanges and have always had a good experience. One of my bracelets broke and they even replaced it for free! The exchanges can take a couple of weeks to process if the piece needs to be made by hand but it's always worth the wait!

High quality and draws attention! Great for layering but can also be worn on it's own.

This was my first purchase from Rubi Jewelers and I am so pleased! I love my studs and plan to buy another pair in sterling silver. So comfortable and easy to take on and off. I've even worn them to bed a few times and gotten a full night's sleep without them bothering me at all!

Anna was a big help during our virtual styling appointment. I couldn't decide which studs to buy and she showed me all of the different styles up close, and also gave me the details about the gemstones. I ended up choosing to purchase some dainty ruby studs and they're perfect.

I have always been satisfied with the jewelry from Rubi Jewelers. The quality of the pieces I've ordered have been great, and always lasted a long time even when I wear them in the shower. Also they always respond quickly to my messages which is so important.

I've been shopping at Rubi Jewelers for almost 2 years now and have placed at least 3 different orders. The gemstones are always of a superb quality, and although it's possible I could find them a bit cheaper somewhere else I like how transparent they are about where the gems come from so I know that they're not supporting any unethical industry practices and I can wear them worry free.

Had to return the bracelet I ordered as unfortunately it wasn't the right size for my wrist. But the team was helpful in arranging for a return and sending me a prepaid shipping label to send the bracelet back to them.

I had a great experience shopping for jewelry at their San Diego showroom. The staff was so helpful in helping me select the perfect bracelet! I love how dedicated they are to sustainability and ethical business practices and plan on making additional purchases here over the coming years.
