This is complete and total scam. They will take your money and you will never get anything. If you reach out to their customer service they have a scripted thing they just send back to you that's full of baloney. Whatever you do don't waste your time or money.

If possible I would rate these jokers -50. Order placed June 6, 2025 and to date (September 26, 2025) ... still no refund on TWO packages they supposedly sent. How disappointing.

I paid for a few things on rubrid.com, but though they said that they delivered it twice to the wrong address, I don't believe that. Then, after I contacted them a third and fourth time, they offered to refund 60% of the money I sent them.

My mother bought five dresses for my birthday in March. She was heartbroken cause she really wanted me to have them before she passed. These people were heartless. I fought with them until she passed on July 1st. I will avoid all Chinese cheap-made crap at all costs! And it doesn't end there. I have 7 recurring shipment protection charges; they kept my credit card on file. So the insurance was fake, too. I just found it 7 months later. The second time, I had to cancel my CC because of them!

Did not deliver product and website is now gone. Fake delivery company and will learn to research companies before I order from now on!

Never got my items and never got a refund. Do not buy

Scam site same as everyone else

It's a scam. I have waited for 3 months to get my order last email with them they stated they could not refund my money they can only resend the order and another month passed and nothing now the email is invalid.

This site is a scam because i made an order almost 4 months ago and have not recieved any product yet! I have repeatedly messaged them and all they say is they will fix the issue!

Yup, everything everyone else here is stating. Usually I do my due diligence but I was in a hurry to get the items I ordered. Fake tracking number said it was delivered after six weeks of waiting. After communicating back and forth they said they’d expedite my (second) package. Again, never received and they state it was delivered. Now they’re offering me 70% back instead of full refund. SCAM for sure!

I ordered a dress for an event, it never came. They said they sent it twice and then I asked for a refund and am still waiting. I ordered in April, asked for refund in June.

I have been waiting for my order for two months.

scam.I placed an order and followed their protocol on the shipping and everything and yes they said my package was delivered and it was not,never did tell or say who or what would be delivering it!!!!!!

Same old scam story as everyone else. Do not purchase anything from this company. I placed an order on June 12 and I received an email on July 14 that my order " was successfully delivered to addressee". It was not delivered. When you try to track your package you are redirected to a third party website that claims to work with multiple different domestic delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, ect. There is no way of finding out tracking numbers for any of those carriers however. I finally went to my local post office and showed them the emails and tracking website and they confirmed my suspicion of Rubrid and it's partner tracking site being a scam site. Do not waste your money. Do not buy anything from this company.

Like everyone else said, definitely a scam site. My order was "delivered" but I received nothing. My order doesn't even exist now. Glad I didn't spend much.

I have been dealing with this company's fake procedure for a refund for 2 weeks now.
I have experienced the same issues as other reviewers have reported. No order or invoice receipt,fake tracking; delivery that never occurred- although notified that package was delivered to addressee and signature received; long,convoluted shipping trail. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THIS SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM RUBRID!!
ALSO, when I requested copies of my transaction documents,multiple times, "Customer Service" repeatedly replied with an email explanation of their refund process and time-frame. RED FLAG!!OBVIOUSLY they don't have any such invoice,order,or receipt to send!

Wish I could give it a negative star. Very definite scam. Confirmation of order came next day. Cleared Customs in LA two weeks later, but didn't leave LA until five days after that. Supposedly arrived in my nearest town (population 168) eight days after that. But then supposedly went to a destination facility, then a "last mile sorting and distribution center" over the next three days. But still took an additional three days to "be delivered to addressee". (no package, no notice, nothing). Contacted company via email. They contacted their courier, but "they don't normally reimburse after product delivered." Offered 60% refund. When I refused, they offered 90%. Then their math didn't add up. But, they said the refund will be returned to the card I used to pay, but could take 15-25 days. But, rest assured... "I will eventually get it."

Scam scam scam. Plain and simple. Don't do it. You'll get a stupid ring instead of clothes. They are really sophisticated in how long they make you wait thinking your order is coming. False advertisement. Let me know if anyone does a class action lawsuit. I'll sign and show all my emails and order. I'm fighting to get my money back now.

Everyone is telling the truth. This is a scam. It's sad that they think it's ok to steal from people who work hard for their money. Looks like everyone got scammed the same way. I too was scammed. Shame on you predators. God will see you one day. Let him know how cold hearted you were to everyone.
