It was a good introductory session on awareness about self and ego. Key takeaways were that we need find acceptance about our whole self and being.

I have had so many interactions with Ruchi ji and also Kapil Ji . Both have immense knowledge of their field . I am embarking on a re-discovery journey with Ruchi Ji’s session . In her terms a “rebirth “ in this lifetime and it is such a pleasure to know her and make my soul journey with her guidance.
