Fantastisk kundeservice
Vi har kørt med Rueda Veloz cykeltøj et par år efterhånden. Og har altid været meget tilfreds med kvaliteten og designet. Det er bare i top 🥰
Har lige modtaget en ny jersy, som havde en lille fejl, men Andreas vendte hurtigt og professionelt tilbage og sendte en ny trøje UB. Super god service! Kan kun anbefale dette cykeltøj, ikke kun pga design og kvalitet, men i høj grad også pga kanon kundeservice og samlet købsoplevelse.

I ordered a set of bib and jersey. It arrived very quickly. I had an issue with sizing, and Andreas was very helpful, reactive and arranging.
The service and communication with the team was excellent, and the quality of the product is outstanding. I highly recommend!

Jeg havde lidt problemer i forbindelse med størrelser og returnering, så jeg skrev til dem og fik svar på under 5 minutter hver gang!! Produkterne er i lækker kvalitet og de er ekstremt søde! Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg køber derfra :)
