The wrong size was shipped to me, and they not only responded within hours, but had the replacement out to me very quickly too!

I was very pleased with my sun outfit and hat for my little red headed grand nephew. Great fabric and lovely colors!
I was pleasantly surprised at the warmth my order was received by this company. Because of the pandemic, I shop much more on line. That is an efficient way to get things but not much fun. I love the feeling and sense of connection that this company gave me. I shall be back!

The best quality swimsuits and dresses! Also have the best customer service I have experienced! There was a small flaw in the monogram and they immediately sent out a new one. Very fast shipping too!

They are the cutest leggings. I bought 5 different pairs for our granddaughter and they look so adorable on her. Love the ruffles on butt and bottom of legs. Unfortunately the ruffles on butt are coming off. Not holding up at all. Wasnt very happy when my daughter asked me not to buy anymore because they are not worth spending the money.

The absolute best! Not only did they help they saved the day (vacation). We booked a last minute trip so I quickly ordered some matching suits for my 3 children. After trying on some summer clothes I realized I may not have ordered the correct size. They were able to advise on the appropriate size and edit the order. We did have some shipping challenges that were out of their control but they followed up! They called to confirm I received the items, now that is what I call customer service! They have a customer in me as long as my children let me dress them. :)

We love RuffleButt Swimsuits. I have purchasing them for my daughter for years now. They are great quality suits that last throughout the summer and longer. We get compliments every time she wears them. Our friends and family have starting buying their suits too, because of story. I am obsessed with their cuteness and quality. I am afraid my daughter only has another year of fitting into their product. :(

I absolutely love these styles on my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter. Such good quality and easy for her to wear. Fabrics wash well and the patterns are adorable for little ones. Huge fan of those ruffles!

I’ve ordered many times from here and the quality is great! I received the wrong size on part of my order last week and I emailed them seeing if there was a way to Exchange it or just buy another top in the right size and they email back within a day and had shipped out the correct bathing suit with no issues and were super nice. Love this company and their products!
