I ended up returning all my items. I found that the colours weren’t quite as vibrant in the photos but mostly I just realised they weren’t what I was looking for which isn’t a fault of ruggable. The r... Voir plus

Ruggable has such a good range of rugs. I was looking for something somewhat neutral to go with whatever furniture I would put with it. Bingo. Good price and pretty prompt delivery. It's my 4th experi... Voir plus

The rug is great and I love it but it was unable to be delivered to my door or even my town. Customer service did try to help but it was quicker for me to drive the hour into the city to collect it so I did so. It's not like other rugs that you roll up, I guess this is what makes it able to go in the wash. It doesn't move on our wooden floors either. It's not thick like traditional rugs but the other attributes make it very clever.

Nice rugs, unstable rug pads
I have a few Ruggable rugs and I think they're great. However, the three runners that I bought recently (with rug pads) don't sit securely on the floorboards, but keep moving. The floorboards are oiled not polished. So I can't understand why this is happening, but it is quite disconcerting. I would hesitate to buy more runners using this structure.

We love our rug and the pattern is exactly as advertised. No issues with delivery. The hardest part was choosing which rug, as there were so many lovely patterns and colours. I would have given 5 stars except for one annoyance, which is the amount of advertising emails (before and after sale!).

Excellent hallway runner
I purchased a hallway runner of which there were many choices. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was reasonably quick. When I received it I was pleased that the colours were very close to what I had expected and the quality was excellent. I would recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a rug.

This is my 3rd purchase
This is my 3rd purchase. Love love my rugs. Hubby tested the wash ability of the kitchen runner. Dropped a large container of beetroot on it. Honestly it looked like a crime scene. Removed excess juice and put the runner into the washing machine and prayed to the rug gods that it would come out clean. It did. Soooo happy.
