Ruggable AU Avis

I’ve purchased four rugs from Ruggable over the past year. Each transaction has been flawless and their packaging and posing of the rugs are just great. They’re secure and very well prepared for posting.
There’s an unlimited choice of rugs on their website, making it so easy to choose a rug for exactly what is required, be it a kitchen runner or a more sophisticated choice for a dining room.
The website is so well set up. You can compare sizes due to their easy to follow measurements plus diagrams as to how the rug will look in place.
I’ll definitely be returning to Ruggable. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I loved my first rug so much I ordered a second identical one and it arrived really quickly and is equally beautiful and perfect for my space. II'm just wondering if I can fit in a third one ....hmmmm???

Lovely rectangular rug and great colours. Unfortunately I wanted it to sit on top of a carpet to hide a stain and it won’t stick despite trying everything. Pity.

Very happy with my purchase!

LOVE this rug. The colours are beautiful and it's really soft. It also stays in place exactly where you put it - it hasn't slipped or moved once!

Beautiful rugs - better than image

Amazing service from Stephanie correcting a fault with my rug. I have 3 rugs from ruggable and they are the best quality and service is unmatched

The quality of the rug is fantastic. The first thing my grandson did when I laid it out was lie down on it, saying it was like a bed. He loved it. The colours are beautiful, the design was exactly as advertised. It came very quickly too.

Love them because exactly the colour I was hoping for. Delivery was quick, and the quality is extremely good.

Customer service is always quick to respond, and we’re friendly and easy to communicate with.

Loved the designs. Product came very quickly. My house is beautiful and functional

The only thing that could be improved is shipping timing and tracking. I was not aware the shipment was coming and it was left outside my door. I would be careful ordering if you have a holiday coming up in the future. Love my rugs!

Absolutely beautiful rug
Great quality and fast delivery

I cannot recommend Ruggable highly enough. We have bought our 4th rug recently -or should I say 5th! I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and was devastated as we had lugged it to our holiday house. I messaged customer care, on a Saturday, and they quickly emailed back. They arranged a delayed pick up for the following week (and waived delivery). We purchased another rug (and actually changed designs as well as size) which was also delivered quickly. Our refund was provided as soon as it hit their warehouse. Love the rugs, love the service. It won’t be our last purchase.

Excellent service. Fast delivery.

Nothing like the pics, my snake rug looks old and faded. There's no "deep black" or "gold" it's more of a washed out grey and beige. Other than the look of the rug, it sits flat in position. Does what rugs do but in a thin, low quality sort of way.

It's a gorgeous rug. The colour is not fully represented in the image online, but it's a lovely rug and I do love the colour it has become. I would say that the rug is not thick enough not to bunch. I have a big problem keeping it to stay on our carpet. I've had to purchase a sticky pad to "glue" the two together. If I had known how thin and susceptible it is to movement, I would not have purchased it.

Great service, and product.

Very happy - easy to order, quick to arrive and perfect for our home

The mats are beautiful, l bought two of the Winnie the Pooh mats, one for the entrance of my house and the other for the kitchen. The mats support my love of Winnie the Pooh but are very elegant and don’t make my home look childish. They are both in high traffic areas and are light coloured but look clean. One of the things that made the mats of interest to me was that they are washable. I haven’t needed to wash my mats yet but having this option is great to maintain a clean home. The mats are very soft and l truely love mine. The order came very quickly and securely packaged. I would definitely recommend Ruggable without hesitation.
