Matchless service and quality.
I placed my order for a custom rug and rug pad late on a Sunday night. Within minutes, I had a reply with additional questions from rugsthatfit, which I promptly answered. They invoiced me that night, and I paid the invoice. Within one week, we had the rug pad. Two weeks later, we had the custom rug. It is a thing of beauty, well represented on the website, and expertly serged. The rug was packed well (wrapped) in strong plastic, and arrived without a scratch. This has to have been one of the easiest and calming transactions for a custom product we have ever experienced. Buy with utter confidence from rugsthatfit, then buy again. These are the kind of people and businesses that earn our continued support by providing matchless services and products on a daily basis.

Excellent customer from purchase to delivery
The buying experience was excellent. Someone answered questions quickly every time and helped with recommendations for our space. Once purchased shipping required extra effort to get it to our area and to meet our window for delivery (twice). They helped in all three instances. We just now unrolled the rug and got it placed. It is beautiful. Extremely happy with our decision!
