The rug is gorgeous - Finely crafted with timely delivery. What made the whole experience fantastic was the customer service. Having ordered a custom rug, speaking to a live person on the phone to answer my questions coupled with immediate email responsiveness was like no other company. RugsThatFit is great!

Great Quality, Look and Customer Service. I called in to check status of order and the owner made sure I had my great looking rug in time for guests at our new home. As a business owner myself, I know how many moving pieces have to come together to please people and RugsThatFit has figured it out!

What else could one ask for? I have purchased 11 mats and received very positive feedback. I like that these are custom, the rubber backing does not rub off on surface, mat design will not fade, made in USA. Love them and undoubtedly will be ordering more in the future.

Dan is so thorough and wants every customer to be happy. On our recent purchase, he sent me samples, followed up until we were sure we had the right purchase and experience. He has incredibly high standards for product manufacturing and for customer satisfaction. We have purchased (and loved) Infinity mats for our entrances, and this was our first purchase for the interior. We received a beautifully hand made 5x7 rug for our entrance. I am SO happy with my custom sized welcome mat that words can’t properly describe the joy! Up to now, I’ve purchased big box store welcome mats that come in standard size. I had to buy two and it always looked tacky to me. This welcome mat is perfect in every way. It’s exactly the size of my front stoop, and the imprinting looks awesome! It’s a nice quality but not too heavy to move around. The biggest plus? Ordering it was quick and easy and very very reasonable! I also experienced the best customer service and email response time I’ve had since the Covid lockdown in 2020. My email was responded to in less than an hour and I placed my order the next day. I figured it would take at least three weeks to receive. I think I received it in two. That’s quick for custom made.
