Timely delivery. I was kept up to date as to the status of my order. Love love love my new rug. It's perfect. Exactly what I wanted for my sitting room. Love the fact it hasn't a carpet type pile. Will be much easier to keep with a dog in the house 😊

Great quality, ethical & sustainable, huge choice of patterns, colours & sizes at great prices and fast delivery. I’ve purchased many large area rugs from them over the years and they are all still in great condition.

Failed to have return collected
Purchase straight forward and product arrived. However. despite several attempts I have failed to have the item collected to be returned. Frustrating. They use Fedx for Irish deliveries and despite organizing a collection time on two days It’s still not collected.

I have never bought a rug before and I spent ages looking for something suitable online. Rugvista website was really easy to navigate and I thought they had the best selection of rugs that I had seen. I had been worried about how I would return such large item if it didn’t suit but they offer a very good return service.

Simply perfect
The rug I ordered is just like in the photos, which is obviously helpful for online shopping. The quality and the price were good. Delivery was fast and I got regular updates on where my package is. I highly recommend both Rugvista and FedEx that they use for their deliveries.
