A very good Company to worjk with. They respond rapidly to requests; their people are professional, polite and clearly very competent. Their products are of excellent quality; well-designed and at decent prices. From intial contact to delivery and fitting was rapid. Their fitters/tradesmen were on time (early--- very early, in fact) and in doing what is quite a messy job they protected all flooring and furniture during the fitting process and left the place very clean and tidy. We were delighted with the final result. (fitting bifold balcony doors). All round, quality products, quality service, quality fitting and qualitypeople at a good price. Would definitely use them again.

Loved the new front door. Only issue with using the lock and unlock due to weak wrist/arthritis. Liam came out to resolve the issue for me. One happy customer.

Earlier this month, Ruislip Windows & Doors fitted four new windows at my flat. The team were super professional, very quick, polite and cleaned up afterwards. Their whole process from contact to installation was excellent. The professional measuring up service ensures all snags are pre-empted making for smooth and quick installation on the day. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Ruislip Windows & Doors was frustrating enough to share. I contacted them for a simple window replacement, and at first everything seemed fine—they were quick to respond and booked me in without much hassle.But once the job started, things changed. The installation date got pushed back twice without much notice, and I had to keep calling just to get updates. When the team finally showed up, the work felt rushed. One of the windows wasn’t fitted properly, and there was a noticeable draft coming through.I reached out to get it fixed, and while they did send someone back, it took longer than expected and I had to chase them again. It just felt like once they had the payment, the urgency disappeared.In the end, the job got done, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

They offer top quality, multipoint locking windows and doors. Their prices are good and we were invited to their showroom to view the various options. We had Fernando and Casio to fit them and they did a superb job, worked long days and the finish was so neat there was no need for redecoration. Very happy.

In 2022 Ruislip Windows & Doors put in new conservatory doors at my home. Arranging it was fast and efficient.

When a few issues arose with the doors, the team came out quickly to resolve them.

Fast forward to 2026 and the locking mechanism failed - again the team at Ruislip Windows & Doors came out very quickly and replaced the mechanism.

A really helpful company and always nice to deal with.

Everything happened on time, from the surveyor's visit to the fitters arrival. All the people I've dealt with, incldding the office staff, have been courteous and efficient.

Had a French door installed. Although the team had to come back two times after installation to fine tune couple of problems, there was no issue to get them back. All sorted now and we are happy with the product. Team was always polite and professional.
Will come back to Ruislip Windows in the future.

We had two large bow windows and one small bay window fitted by Ruislip Windows. The fitters, Fernando and Cassius were polite, punctual and worked really hard - unfortunately for them they were fitting the windows during the coldest (minus) days we had at the start of the year, but they persevered to get the windows done. We had an issue with one of the windows having a cracked frame, but that was sorted straight away and a new one ordered and fitted a few days later. I would highly recommend RW and will certainly be using them again for the rest of house.
