I am sharing my experience regarding Rulta LLC’s service and communication. Following a dispute in March 2026, the company claimed that platform (X/Twitter) technicalities prevent them from retracting a legal notice after a 3-month period.
This is a technical misrepresentation. Platform guidelines do not impose a 3-month limit on retractions. The company appears to be using this false technicality to maintain a legal strike and has ceased all communication as of March 27.
This matter, including the prior suppression of my feedback, is part of an active investigation by the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) under Case Reference: CMAE2504395. I am sharing this so other users are aware of the communication and legal hurdles involved with this service.
UPDATE [April 9, 2026]:
Rulta’s response is a complete misrepresentation. This dispute is about Rulta providing false technical information regarding a 3-month platform limit to avoid processing a legitimate retraction.
By their own admission, they 'prioritize' who they respond to, which is a clear refusal to address a customer's legal right to rectification. A formal investigation is active with the Information Commissioner's Office (Case #IC-500781-C6Z9) regarding this refusal to rectify inaccurate data. Furthermore, a Subject Access Request has been served to X Corp to identify the true source of these strikes. Rulta continues to use vague 'safety' excuses to hide their failure to follow proper legal procedures.
