My dogs really enjoyed the sample mix I ordered they were going crazy for it. But when I ordered the big bags for there meals , have refused to eat it ?! No reflection really on your food , but I found it a bit odd! There labs so eat anything,

I’ve been impressed with Rùn Dog Food so far! Delivery was quick, and their customer service has been friendly and responsive. My German Shepherd enjoys the kibble, though the amount of powder in the large bag was noticeable. The website offers clear information, and the trial pack helped me decide. Overall, great experience!

I was sent the wrong food out
I was sent the wrong food out - sent puppy food instead of premium adult range but Lucy at R’un was very apologetic, helpful and organised a replacement delivery which was due to arrive last Friday but arrived today (Monday).
My dog is a very fussy eater but loves the food & service after the mix up was good but 3stars this time for the mix up. Normally 5 stars

Perfect dog food
I discovered Run dogfood by accident. For three years I'd had problems finding the right food for my two dogs. Helpfully, the company provides samples for you to try before you commit. And I can't say any more than problem solved. My dogs love this food and can't wait for meal time. And, because all dog owners know what I mean - their pooh is now perfect.

Lovely family run business who care, my dogs love the beef n barely food. Pups loved the puppy food, so did the older ones.

Always a clean bowl!
After initial problems with the quantity of dust this has now been resolved by the owner - thank you. My dog’s bowl is always left clean, which speaks for itself!
