Running Imp Avis 

I worked with Annie Flannery at Running Imp on a huge order of medals for Home International Rowing. We are all volunteers, so we are squeezing this work into short timeframes which can be stressful. Annie has been so professional and helpful all the way. Our first event was last Saturday and time after time, people commented on how beautiful the medals are - Thank you!

At very late notice I phoned hoping I could still order numbers for my event. I spoke with Sam Smith who was super helpful and reassuring, enduring a speedy process and my numbers arrived yesterday which was brilliant. I can’t thank him enough for personally going the extra mile to make this happen.

I am organising my first 10k challenge in my local town and was recommended to order my medals from Running Imp. The process has been really impressive. The key part has definitely been the effective communication, something which a lot of companies tend to struggle with.
Catia has been my main contact and she has been very quick in providing all the key information from the pricing to the mock designs and confirming all my requests over the phone as well as by email.

Tanisha was absolutely fantastic as a point of contact. We placed a large order for paint. one colour of which was very low in stock, but she solved the problem and got back to me within the hour. superb customer service.

A great team who worked with us every step of the way to achieve an incredible design. They worked proactively with our designer, making some great suggestions which reduced cost, while keeping the integrity of the design.
The quality of the finished product, which was delivered exactly in the timescale promised, is way beyond our expectations!

This was the 10th year for our annual race (The Hampshire Hoppit) and we have always sourced the medals from RunningImp. This year was perhaps the best medal yet, with amazing feedback from the runners. What I like most about RunningImp is that they are 100% reliable. They have full oversight of the process from design to delivery, and they communicate with me at all stages.

We have been dealing with Catia throughout our purchasing process and i have to say she has been incredible, i am an awkward customer (not meaning to be lol) and she has been so patient and extremely helpful. Tanisha has been a great help in turning around our order with a short timeframe due to being let down from another company. She was aware of some delivery restrictions and time pressures we have getting items delivered to the Channel Islands and assured me that everything was being dispatched and on target to be here in time. If our event is a success we will definitely be in touch to organise our colour fun run through this company again next year!

Catia has been amazing. I am organising a charity colour run in July and have been told by many companies that there is a shortage in coloured powder and that there are no more deliveries in the uk. I contacted Catia straight away and within less than 12 hours, we have been able to order what we needed. Thank you for helping us with the items needed for our event. Would recommend to anyone. We were let down with a weeks notice by another big colour powder company, who actually seemed to ‘own’ several other sites to and told me to cancel our event.
