I have ordered from them a few times and service is always top notch. I did have a few missing vials from my last order, but customer service responded quickly and shipped out the missing vials with a few business days, exactly as they stated. I recommend this company and will continue to order from Ruo.

I ordered a package to the wrong address. Noticed the same day of order, emailed them, and sent them a ticket, and they fixed it within a business day.

The product I received was damaged but I contacted customer service and literally within the next hr they got back to me wasn't expecting it to be that fast they sent a new shipment to me completely free of charge definitely appreciate there customer support team it's really great

Took Reta and no effect at all after a week. I then switched to a different product from another company and felt effects instantly. Would not recommend buying Reta from them.

Probably the worst shipping experience ever and unsure if they sent my peptides a month later. DO NOT BUY, PROCEED WITH CAUTION THEY SCAM

Stings with every poke. Not another brand I was using…. Don’t be fooled by low prices.

I paid for my order ..they never shipped my order out . I emailed them on multiple occasions.. They never responded... And they never returned my money ..basically a total scam

Received AICAR and when reconstructed it was cloudy. Never ever happened to me before. I’ve been using peptides for a while. I’ve contacted them no reply. The vial also looked cheaply made.

Mt2 and glow worked the Reta was bad though I’ve used all these before idk what was wrong with it but no effects or side effects

Placed two orders with ruo. Both times the orders have arrived super fast - had to contact the customer service over a missing vial but replied same day (within hours) no problems! better pricing than most.

Ordered peptides. They sell very poor quality products. I had a few vials not reconstitute properly. When examined, they were barely 70% pure with a bunch of unknown elements. I reached out for a refund and sent a video of the milky coagulation in their vial. They refused a refund. I've been reconstituting these peptides for over 10 years and know how to do it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
