Russell Dean Furniture Avis 

Ronan was our salesperson during our visit to Russell Dean. He was welcoming, warm and helpful. He is a treasure.

We left having bought a beautiful sofa that is just right for the space we have. We were asked if we needed help, but were also left alone to browse. We received clear and realistic advice on what to expect in terms of delivery times and methods and in how to care for our new sofa.

The quality of furniture here is really impressive. One day, we are definitely coming back for a pair of those amazing recliner chairs on the top floor.

All in all, a delightful retail experience. We'll be back! So, thank you, Ronan and thank you, Russell Dean.

Both Laura and Troy were extremely helpful when I visited the store looking for a new mattress. They explained the different offerings and encouraged me to take my time and try out the various options without feeling pressurized. The ordering process was easy and I am being kept informed of estimated delivery times.

Absolutely fantastic range of items to look at, and the staff are so friendly, and offer you drinks on arrival.
Troy was so helpful from start to finish. It started with my grandma needing a new bed. She is undergoing cancer treatment, so didn't want to spend hours in a shop. Troy showed my mum and myself the beds first, so we could find what she needed spending the time there, and then bring her back to try it. There was no pressure to buy quickly.
I then returned several times with my husband looking at sofas. Every time Troy was patient, allowing us time to decide what is best for us. We finally settled on the sofa for us.

My Mum and I visited this store today to purchase a bed and mattress. Mum isn't very well and Darren, the salesman, was very patient with us and helped us greatly with his knowledge, sense of humour and kindness. I would highly recommend this store. They also offer parking and lift access so the experience was great for all.

I was recommend by a friend to visit Russell Dean Furniture as I was looking for a new sofa. It was well worth the extra miles to visit their beautiful showroom in Mytholmroyd. The showroom was bright & immaculate with so much choice of all types of furniture. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the showroom. Ronan introduced himself and left us to look round at our leisure. He was there to answer any questions when we were ready. No pressure to buy at any stage. When we had decided on our choice of sofa Ronan answered all our questions and took the time to show us how to care for our new sofa when it arrives. These things are important and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Mell brought us complimentary tea coffee & biscuits. All in all we recieved excellent customer service. Thank you Ronan & Mell for making it a great experience. I have already recommended Russell Dean Furniture to many of my friends & family. Russell and Dean at Mythomroyd, what an amazing store offering a fabulous selection of furniture. Arrived looking for a new Sofa & Chairs, Laura offered her support to us without being at all pushy her expertise was invaluable & helped with our final choice her attention to detail on product & product care was first class.

I went with my dad to look at sofas and beds, staff approached us but let us browse without bothering us, if i get pushy sales people i usually leave, Al initially helped us and directed us to Ronan, he got us a great price for sofa, chair and bed and a new table that we werent looking for, he gave great advice on how to look after the products, lovely bloke, would recommend

Went to Russell Dean to consider buying a new mattress, excellent service, Samantha was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Narrowed our options down to a tempur mattress and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Wonderful store ,would definitely shop here again. Mel makes a wonderful cup of tea.
