The dress I received was absolutely not the material it claimed. It was cheap and terribly made. They advertise a money back guarantee. However, they do everything they can to discourage returns including telling you that return shipping will be a minimum of $25 and that it will still have to pass their "warehouse inspection." Please don't bother buying from this company.

This was the worst experience. Not only was the dress nothing like the picture, but the quality was very much below the $147 that was paid. They initially refused a refund. Then offered a 20% then a 30%, then said I need to return the item to the warehouse in China (note this is a US-based company) which would cost about $25. I returned the item and is still waiting for the refund. The worst part of all this was the qualitybof the item received. After seeing the pictures, they still had no conscience in admitting that they were at fault for not knowing what they are actually selling, and that customers are being deceived.

They refused to give me the return shipping address and offered a refund of $13 on a $39 purchase. They kept saying that I have to return it to different country and the shipping charges start from $25. When I asked over and over and over for the address, they simply REFUSED to give it me.

Very good customer support. They were quickly responded to my questions and increadibly helpful throughout the process. I really like that they are friendly and professional and it really felt like they cared about making sure i had a great experience. Any concerns i had was handled smoothly and efficiently.

My order arrived faster than expected and was packed well which made it extra special. Plus the quality of the items stands out and the stitching was done so well.

It was my first time buying with Ruth & Eliza and the experience was great from the start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions and photos are accurate and helpful.

They look amazing but the toe post took some getting used to but once you get used to it, it's really easy to walk with. Be it for vacation travels or every day option.

A solid purchase overall. Lightweight and breathable and really nice for every day use. The only downside is the buckle takes a little effort to adjust.

I absolutely love these sandals from ruth & eliza. The woven design is beautiful and really unique, surprisingly very comfortable for platform shoes. Just perfect for summer wear!

The design is very simple and minimalist. It goes with almost everything. The sole have decent cushioning but I wish it had a bit more arch support but still its a very great everyday option.

Very versatile! I've worn them to the beach and out already. Very lightweight and easy to slip on but still feel secure on my feet. Looking to purchase at a different color next time.
