Honestly, they were five-star fantastic from start to finish. Everything was handled so professionally I barely had to lift a finger, which is great because I mostly just stress ate biscuits during this whole process.
The communication was stellar they kept me informed without overwhelming me, making the process feel surprisingly smooth. But the real MVP move? How amazing they were with my emotions!
