Lovely service. I've used many times now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the the therapists and convenience. Will continue to use!

I booked Rachel to do my hair and makeup for a wedding I was attending. She 100 percent understood and achieved the look I wanted (I am of afro-Caribbean heritage). Friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her and the app.

My experience wasn’t great. It felt really overpriced for what it is. The technician arrived without all of her tools and didn’t even have basic nail colours.

Had Juliana come and do my Hair and Make up for an event she was very friendly put me at ease and gave me exactly what I asked for will happily use again.

This is my first time using the service although we didn’t book the nail artist in the end, the bespoke concierge support was absolutely brilliant.
Ruuby representative was really fast to respond very clear and amended the booking instruction several times over for us. She was really flexible.

I have used Ruuby a few times now and it is a very efficient service. I have had a few different therapists and they have all been very good. All therapists have been prompt and provided exactly what I booked.

Ruuby sent a hairdresser into my home, who refuse to style me, as I would need an "afro stylist." I do not have afro hair. I have dark, olive skin. This blatant act of racism was explained by management as the hairdresser's "lack of skill". The style I requested was braids. The hairdresser is self-described as an "elite" stylist who specialises in "braids" and "teaching hairdressing". It is unfeasible she does not have the skill set to braid straight, mid-length hair. Instead, she relabelled my request as "cornrows" and left. No one from the app was able to reassign a stylist. Instead I was offered a manicure as an apology.

Tetiana was lovely, on time and came to my home so it was such an easy non stressful experience.

Will definitely use her and then again for an important night where I need glam!

Terrible - canceled appt and did not reschedule. Left me completely in the lurch before a holiday.

Dreadful experience with this APP. I booked and paid for a blow-dry for the first time use of this app. I didn't receive an email or notification on the app so I called them. She said the payment was in pending so it would drop off and definitely hadn't been booked. So she booked it again for me over the phone. I had the blow dry which was very mediocre for £54. Come 2 days later both amounts had come out of my bank account.
I then had a massive issue trying to get the money back which I never did!! They insisted I hadn't paid twice. I gave them the proof from the bank and they said they'd look into it but never heard anything back. I eventually had to get the refund through my bank.
I will never use this company again!

Was charged, the lady went to a wrong address, booked and paid again and they cancelled 15 mins before arriving! Stay away from this company

This company has caused me so much frustration. I booked a home visit for a hair-up for a party and received a text confirming my appointment. Only because my gut told me to double-check with customer service did I discover that, apparently, my booking didn’t exist because I hadn’t received an email confirmation.

Even worse, they still took the full payment of £86.33 and I’m now having to waste more of my time trying to get my money back.

Their shocking lack of communication and customer service wasted so much of my time that I had no chance to book another appointment elsewhere. This experience was completely unacceptable and stressful—I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Got my hair done today by Hiro, and she was a star! My hair was really straight and boring, but she brought it to life. Added some shape, bangs, and gave me an amazing blowdry. Absolutely love it, and Hiro was super nice. A big thank you to her! :)

Great aestheticians, service and company

My experience wasn’t great. The service is overpriced. The stylist did a horrible job and even though she has been nice during the session, she has been pretty rude when I explained to her that blow dry didn’t even hold for an hour. Ruuby team is extremely slow in investigating the matter and I feel like there is no communication whatsoever. Never again. Better to go to the salon and receive a treatment from a real professional.

I decided after having two babies that I was going to start looking after myself more - but that’s easier said than done when you’ve little free time! Enter Ruuby, the easiest app to use for at home treatments. It’s been a genuine life enhancer and game changer for me, a little beauty treatment here and there in the comfort of my home whilst the babies are sleeping. Every therapist I’ve had (and I booked a few for my husband too!) have been welcoming, professional and so kind to me. The standard is extremely high, which is always a worry when trying someone out for the first time. Even the Concierge email team (shout out to Lana in particular) have been brilliant - swift, friendly replies where nothing has been too much trouble for them to deal with. Honestly I’d give this company 10 stars if I could for having made one small, but very important, aspect of my life that much easier!
