I purchased an RV from RV Depot (Tampa Location) last month. I was very impressed with their service and courtesy. The salesperson, Valon made my RV buying experience very easy. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and gave me lots of useful tips. This dealership also fixed some issues with the RV and were very responsive even after I got the RV. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a reliable RV at a good price.

My experience was so bad that I am telling everyone I meet to run away - do not even stop. Since I work in an RV park with 200 sites - I get to tell my story often.

We had a great experience!! We where in a major time crunch and Deb took care of us! We spoke with 2 other sales people but they didn’t get us as far in a day as Deb did! She asked my husband what we where looking for, she sent one link and boom we where ready to go! From a phone call at 10am to signing paperwork and picking up by 6pm. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

RV Depot is a great place to buy a trailer. They are very personable and try their very best to accommodate your needs. Kendrick was very helpful. Our trailer was cleaned up beautifully at pick up. We are thankful.

We walked into RV Depot never expecting to get approved, but here we are; sitting in our new RV, completely satisfied with our purchase!! He was gracious and pleasant to talk with as he walked us through their buying process and he worked double-time on our behalf to present our needs to the Finance Manager in order to make it happen. Professionalism and respect is what RV Depot provided to us, from start to finish. Their Credit and Finance Department came through with monthly payments we can afford and Sheila went above and beyond to get our contract completed in an orderly fashion. When we picked up our new RV we were pleased to discover it in mint condition, freshly cleaned and ready to hit the road. They even walked us through the set up process and helped us move our belongings from our old RV into our new home! We are grateful to the entire RV Depot Sales Team, their Credit, Finance and Service Departments for their dedication and commitment to quality, their attention to detail and for making our dream of owning a beautiful new RV become a reality. RV Depot is a great place, got a great Fifth Wheel and an incredible price, and they have great customer service.
Would recommend them to everyone wanting an RV.

How dare you. STEVE GREIG. As owner and operator of RV Depot in Cleburne, TX, you and I both know you have played a VERY dirty, conniving, backstabbing game with our sale. Your manipulation has upset my family as well as my kids. I will be reporting RV Depot to the DFW LGBT chamber of commerce and it shall be showcased alongside the other Anti-gay businesses in the DFW area on the wall of business shame. After his staff TIM and KENDRICK disrespected my boyfriend because he was feminine, we went to Ultimate RV where we received excellent service. Since STEVE GREIG owns the inventory for both locations, he decided to pulled the trailer back to RV Depot once he found out that we were buying the trailer. That is, once he found out the gay people he was rude to went to another dealer he decided to get childish. After we got approved on a trailer at ultimate RV (deal was finalized and credit was checked and a DEPOSIT was left) Steve ordered Tim and Kendrick to lay siege upon Ultimate RV while management was away and they took our trailer right out from under our noses. Shame on you Steve. I am very upset with the mind games you have played on my innocent family. My boyfriend and our little girl were both so excited to get the RV of our dreams. How do we tell our little girl that STEVE GREIG the owner of the RV Depot went behind our back and called off the deal because we are gay. STEVE, KENDRICK, TIM are Mean, Hurtful, sorry people. Do not give them business.

Everything asked to be fixed was fixed including ac when we came to pick it up and all the customer service was great

Travis and Shelia went above and beyond to get things done and ready for us to pick up travel trailer on short notice .
They made sure all the repairs was done before unit left the lot.

I called RV Depot after being turned down at Funtown RV, was on a tight timeline and Kendrick helped us secure approval within a couple of hours! He was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Kendrick and RV Depot if you need an RV! We love ours and will definitely be back when we are ready to trade in! Thanks a bunch!
