We sincerely appreciate your feedback and would like to provide an objective update regarding this order for the benefit of all readers.

On February 18, 2026, the customer reported non-receipt of the heated water hose. In accordance with our service policy, we immediately processed a ​full refund​ to ensure customer satisfaction, while simultaneously initiating a trace with the carrier.

On ​February 27, the customer kindly notified us via email that the package had been found and received, and expressed willingness to repay for the order. We sincerely appreciated this honest gesture.

However, as of ​March 16, we have not received payment for the order, nor have we received further communication despite our follow-up. The customer’s original negative review remains published, despite the confirmed resolution of the issue.

We always strive to resolve every issue fairly and transparently. In this case, we acted in good faith by promptly issuing a refund, and we acknowledged the customer's honesty when the product was found. We regret that the review does not reflect the final outcome.

We remain ready to work with the customer to close this matter appropriately.

Zero stars on return policy.

I ordered a 120v to 240v adapter so that I could try to plug my new electric vehicle into a regular wall outlet. The adapter did not work. Returning it was a nightmare and ultimately I would have received less money in return than it would have cost me to ship it back, because they required me to ship it back with tracking. I have no idea if the adapter would have worked with another device such as an RV plug, so I couldn't say that it was defective. Returning a non defective item for a refund required several emails to the company including one with numerous photos from various angles. I felt like a criminal.

Update: their response is all factual, and their return policy is very strict, so as long as you know all of that and choose your items perfectly, you'll be good. I guess I've been spoiled by other more customer-friendly sites with easier al return policies. I understand this may be too costly for some sites to offer.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with, and prompt shipping. Well made product. The only issue I have is that the cord is not long enough (story of my life 🤣). I should’ve bought a 25 foot, instead of 15. Outside of my error, I am very satisfied.
