A brand new and modern provincial auction house, located in the heart of Royal Wootton Bassett. We specialise in antiques, jewellery, fine art, coins, militaria and much more. Sellers can consign their items for exceptionally low fees, which are some of the lowest in the UK. Buyers Premium is 22% + VAT. On sale days, you can bid in person in our modern air-conditioned auction rooms, or through our website. Our on-site Bistro, Quercus, is open for brunch, lunch and evening meals and great coffee. We offer free car parking to visitors and we have 3 EV charging points. Note: You must register your car with reception to avoid receiving a parking charge.

Perfect customer service
Excellent website and auction catalogue page. The auction was easy to access online and bid on. Having made a successful bid the follow up process with invoice was seamless and well communicated. My item was a large framed print which I requested a package and postage price for. The lady who dealt with my enquiry was very helpful and answered my questions very promptly. The item was expertly packaged and was delivered only 24 hours later. The service from start to finish was perfect and represented the best of customer service. RWB auctions were a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely Auction house to buy through. Commission is reasonable, postage efficient and not pricey. Everything handled quickly and without hassle. I just wish more auction houses operated in the same way.

Photographic representation
Whilst I thought your service was excellent, your staff very friendly and helpful, I was disappointed with the photos of my 2 lots. They didnt do the items justice and consequently one item didnt sell and the other went for half the estimated value. I know this happens but in these cases the items that were stated as the one of particular interest in each group were not shown and were barely visible at all.
