Some notes from our website: Apply a measured dose to clean, dry skin on the inner arms, abdomen, or inner thighs. Rotate application sites to reduce irritation. I’ve been using this product for over 10 years. Without it, I feel very lethargic. I’m almost 72 years old and still feel very young while continuing using it daily. This is a very important supplement for men as we age.
