Very poor considering medication is so important I feel this company is not bothered
Meds aren’t delivered on time and when delivered items can be missing and full quantities not sent
I am having to message all the time it’s taken so much of my time and its been a massive worry to see if meds will arrive

Brilliant service, I can’t stress you how grateful and excellent service these guys provide. Excellent communication and reassurance. If you are unsure of anything they advise accordingly. Best of all no hassle super fast next day delivery when they receive the prescription authorised. If you are unsure or 50/50 wether to change your pharmacy then don’t look any further. I changed pharmacy because of the stupid long queues or the 5min useless conversation before you get your meds. Just use them and thank me later

RX Live are simply the best
I've been using RX Live to fulfil my regular pharmacy needs for about six months. I have complex health issues, so my repeat prescription list is a lengthy one. RX Live are head and shoulders above other pharmacies I have tried. My medicines arrive on time, every month. They handle changes of address in a flash. Above all, they are responsive. They reply to emails within hours, streamline processes, and make everything simple. Best of all, you get to deal with real people in real time. RX Live are simply the best.

I find it easy to contact them. Their telephone number is always available so even if you are not in to computers and 'chatting' online, you are able to call them, which is what I prefer. I have my medication in weekly blisters packs. Rxlive are always up to date with my medication, all I need to do is press the dispatch and its sent.
I have always found them to be pleasant and helpful when talking on the phone to them.

seems like a good and efficient company

Understanding and caring, very professional
We have over the past few months had an issue with getting my father in law’s dementia medication delivered on time but yesterday when I spoke with one of the representatives from RX live he was so helpful and understanding. The representative listened to the issue and immediately send out the order for the medication and assured me that it would be sent out a week earlier in future so it arrives in time before the previous months runs out.

Dodgy RX live pharmacy
My wife and I selected RX live as our nominated pharmacy as they do blister packs. if that's all I needed they would be great, but I have other health problems that require separate medications. I am on maximum insulin, short and long term. I require at least 12 pens of long acting insulin and 25 pens of short acting insulin. per delivery I would get one box of 5 novo rapid and one box of 3 Toujeo pens. Each time I would have to phone in to have this corrected only for the operative to say its a rare item to get hold of. I know this to be BS as I have been on this medication for years and my pharmacy never had problems getting it. Further to this problem my prescription clearly says I have 40mg of Nicorandil daily and I am sent one box of 60 X 10mg tablets and this must last me a month. 60/4 = 15 days worth of tablets. I am used of receiving 20mg tablets but took a second look at the box when I was having pain again. They also send stickers to show items missed and when the missing medication is in stock they don't follow up and send it so with RX live I constantly find myself running out of medication then I have to phone them to find out their next excuse. I have gone through my GP to switch back to my previous pharmacy. to me its questionable whether there is a pharmacist checking on the quality of prescriptions being dispenced.

I organise the delivery of medication for my brother who lives hundreds of miles away. After having a nightmare with another medication delivery company I tried RXLive. Thomas looked after setting up my account and was very patient when explained I was nervous about trusting another company and that I was worried about delivery times. The first delivery cut it fine as the pharmacist was concerned about one of the medications and had to double check with the doctor, but since then everything has gone smoothly. I had to email or phone the other company 3 or 4 times each month to make sure a delivery would come on time. His latest medication from RXLive arrived today without me even looking at the app or chasing it. What a relief!
When my brother received an accidental double dose of medication, I spoke to their pharmacist Mr Patel and he was very helpful too and sent me a lot of information that put my mind at rest.

Never had a problem and if we did we would live chat or phone them, it would be sorted. We've been with them for years, I think nearly from start of them. They all friendly, polite and extremely polite, I think im bias though as they are based near to where I was born, ha ha.

RX Live have always offered me Excellent service and the "urgent" button to click IF your Prescription is Urgent really does work.
I had an urgent Prescription on Tues, all local chemists out of stock, so I webchatted RX Live they were lovely & actioned it for me & my Post Lady was knocking on my door the next morning (Wed) with my medicines 😊 I highly recommend RX Live as with my regular repeat prescriptions they can put through your Letterbox or secure Parcel box, it is a tracked delivery. Unlike local chemists who are not allowed to leave it with a neighbour or put through a letterbox or Parcel Box. I've been with RX Live over a year now & they are Excellent in every way.

Hi there, I believe i submitted a review in 2024 but i just wanted to update after nearly 2 more years with this Pharmacy. The truth is, I can not find a fault, and with the best intentions, nobody is perfect. However with something as important as medication near perfect is needed, especially where pain is concerned and this is where RXLive come in because they are "PERFECT". I have dealt with many pharmacies over the years and many are caring but maybe just can not cope with demand and many are just unprofessional. With RXLive you get caring AND professionalism. As I said on a previous occasion the delivery is fantastic and once the medication is approved there is no waiting for days and weeks. If the medication is particularly urgent they now have a link in the email that says dispatch "now" and usually it is delivered the next day or 2 at the latest. If I have a query there is a fantastic gentleman called Thomas who usually answers straight away and does his best to accommodate once again with care and professionalism. Any way the plain truth is that i highly recommend RXLive and i would not think about going anywhere else cheers Lesley.

Get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME
I've been using rxlive for 6 months, so 6 prescriptions sent.
First one they sent the wrong dosage so I ran out half way through the month and had to pay another prescription charge.
Second didn't show up so I was left without medication for several days.
Third was late - they send you an email saying its ready, but as they use Royal Mail it can then take another 2 weeks to arrive.
Forth I asked for a one-off asthma inhaler as well.
Fifth they sent another inhaler so I called to tell them to stop sending them as my doctor is now asking me to go in for tests due to the 2 inhalers I've had in quick succession.
And then this month another asthma inhaler shows up. I call to tell them and ask them to refund it and they told me they need to collect it first. They agreed to collect it Monday. When adding it to my calendar I realise Monday is a bank holiday so there is no way it will be collected. Called back. Someone answered and immediately hung up. Called again and arranged collection the next day. Get an email saying it will be collected. No-one showed up.
So I've now paid for 3 prescriptions unnecessarily, been left without medication and have had to spend a lot of time dealing with these numpties - it was so much easier just going to the chemist once a month so that is what I'm going to do from now on.
I am very concerned they will end up killing someone by sending the wrong medicine/wrong dosage, so am referring them to the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Do not give your credit card details to these people.

Absolutely terrible!!!...i get medication that i havent requested...then i have to contact them to collect it..i can send email,get a reply to say ' all noted'...but they just send the wrong prescription anyway...have now changed to a different pharmacy delivery servide,as Exlive are so unreliable,and they are causing me much worry.
