Ryans AI Chat Bot is phenomenal! Being in property can feel isolating sometimes if you don't work with business partners and having someone to run ideas past, check your thoughts are correct, run deals and answer the many questions that pop into your head at 3/4am is vital however something I certainly lacked so essentially having 'Ryan' in my back pocket has been a game changer for me! I feel more confident in my ability knowing I'm using software that has been cleverly programmed to think and speak like Ryan. I have told everyone about this function as I believe it is incredible! HIGHLY recommend it! its genius!

Clear and concise information. Tried and tested methods. No jargon, just simple direction and reasoning behind certain methods, saving time and more importantly money by using proven strategies. Time taken to explain different business models and the pros and cons to help make the right decision that works for you. Ryan Luke is my go to now after having wasted time with other online gurus.

I asked to cancel a subscription and was blocked the same day. Imagine my disgust when this guy keeps trying to charge my account every month and fails because I have blocked the payment. He is also a vile individual who is rude and untrustworthy. After you pay 1 pound there is a funnel for a subscription , buyer beware!!!

Very informative and true to point

This is the best ever community and platform - system created by Ryan to help everyone very efficiently. Every single time I am impressed with something new I learn. Everything is so affordable, easy access, and all community is interacting, helping so much. It's hard to comment as I have not used any of the resources as I asked to cancel but cannot locate the cancellation policy and have had no confirmation on the site despite Ryan asking me if I wanted to cancel on there, and me confirming yes.

There are also no terms and conditions on the website.

I have emailed and messaged Ryan multiple times confirming yes I do want to cancel. Zero response.
No cancellation policy was provided when I joined, which is against the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
I've been nothing but polite, and don't understand why I'm being ignored.
None of the links on his website click through to anything for privacy policy, terms and conditions etc.

Step by step, I learn fromthe webinar. This is a good training provider to start your property investment journey

No fluff and straight to the point. Great wisdom and knowledge.
