Because untill exchange they are following the case not like other Estate agent in Oldham. Especially they have team work after meme random of sale. Jeraldeen having special capacity to make things write. Don't go to other estate agents they will vast your time and money both.

The customer service was excellent. I can't praise the team enough. I specifically want to mention Geraldine Marsden, who gave me weekly updates throughout the process. She also pushed the buyers solicitors and was so on the ball.

Worst and longest experience EVER!
Do not use their own solicitors…slower than a snail. Rude, obnoxious and don’t chase things as they should. Appalling service and you are paying for it!
The agents were ok…until passed onto a “manager” who was worse than useless. No updates, no urgency…nothing. We had to chase them weekly and always received the same generic unhelpful answers.
House buying should not be this hard.
